Reference tone goh, it’s good to remember he is a directors of a family office managing many many millions of investment money. While he can’t invest that money into GST I doubt he has connection among many other family offices like raffles in Singapore etc. I would imagine that come close to results there will almost certainly be a good rise in SP. So buying in at these levels is pretty low risk at this point for what could be an easy %50 gain if not more on an investment here for two months.

We saw substantial growth in sp post bake news I think we will see the same very soon again.

The only thing I will point out about the placing is that it happened a couple of days after an email from TIM was sent saying there wasn’t any news expected at the 3month anniversary of semnet ipo as news had already landed early on that. The share took a decent sell off because of this on that day, some might remember. I think that’s why it was rushed now as the business didn’t anticipate that reaction.

That’s my thought after some research, Tim hasn’t given much away since then.

It is hilarious how is 25k sell can wipe millions off the mcap. The market is just completely crooked

The only thing I personally don’t like is that he sold last thing Friday knowing the market would find out right at the beginning of the week. But it is only 2million shares, but I will agree it’s not good news but on the plus side he’s only an NED, if it was and ED it would be far worse. I hope he leaves the business if I’m honest as I personally expected him to be more vocal be it via LinkedIn or any other avenue with the promotion of angras services.
