Metapay was a company specifically made to be sold on for its license. If you check who owns it they make companies like metapay and exit them often. It wasn’t actually made to start making money from the offset. It looks like it was always indeed to be sold on. I think this was the same with bonfire pay but in a Spanish territory instead of Poland

It doesn’t necessarily mean that, semnet could have done millions in profit and they would still be recovering profit. You’re making an assumption. We don’t know until results but it doesn’t mean at this point that it’s under performed. They just want their money back is all it means for now. That is what bfd is trying to say.

Billy is correct in this. A non compete is exactly as he says and from what I can see the ex owners aren’t on ARCA as directors of another cybersecurity business. So I’m also agreeing it’s a non complete, which you don’t hear of a lot in the corporate world which is why I think arbitration is the route chosen.

That is possible, but if it was serious money then they would have gone to the courts imho. Arbitration isnt something I would imagine they would do if it was significant sums or if they believed they wouldn’t get a result out of it. They have legal advisors druces and I’m sure they have been told this is the best route.

Now if they said we are taking them to the courts and throwing the book at them that would be different. But they clearly believe this can be dealt with via arbitration first.

AHS as they released this news only a week ago I can’t see how they would be able to delay results over it considering the year ended 3 months ago. If they are going by the rule book then they have let the market know as soon as they knew. Therefore I can’t see how results could be delayed because of them. Also seeing as they aren’t going to court and it’s arbitration which is a sit down essentially then also can’t see it as being massively serious.

I’ll be honest it’s a massive relief to see no RNS today! Bring on next week!

I really hope results don’t come tomorrow. I personally hate Friday RNSs and most ones on a Friday aren’t good. I would be very happy to see no RNS tomorrow and a whopper on Monday morning.

I don’t think last week’s RNS will have an affect on results. Looks like they want to release hopefully early next week for maximum impact

You have to remember with bake Julian hosp kept saying ‘win win’ so with that phrase in mind it’s also my personal belief that they had to pay a pretty price for it. Also thinking well over 2million

We did under 1.5million in revenue last year. I pretty confident of over 8 million if I’m honest. If some of the semnet contract came off could well be well over 10million. With forward looking statements on the impact of integration from bake and what metapay and Mica Will bring then vision of the growth potential from there could be incredible. I think we are all hoping for the update we all need. I wish everyone the best and I myself am I believer of the good side, but also understand those that are nervous. All the best from me

I’m expecting full year revenue to be near 10million if some of the 36m semnet contract came off. If this was a thing to do with the recent litigation I would have expected that to go to the courts straight away if I’m honest so doubt that has been affected.

I’m hoping to hear of a big ticket CEO for bake soon. That would be excellent news
