They have told us now that they have over 4 million cash as of end of march. Probably more now, and that the end of year is inline with their expectations which they told us in interims was to be substantially growing. Delay in accounts was at the request of the auditor, still think even with the disappointing drop in sp (which I think was planned) that this is a massive buy. I think the 24 hours notice of suspension was a test, those who have stayed imho will see news come during the suspension and impressive accounts. MMs will open up massively ahead of what the current SP is imho.

Massive I think people also forget what their expectations are, below from interims they told us.

I have also thought this, the news has been played out to bring the sp down and tone buying saying to big investors, this is a buy. The BOD aren’t stupid and they are fully aware of the impact on what they have been RNS and also not saying. I’m speculating again but I think there is a big plan here and we will find out in due course

Arthur, think about it this way Arthur, they can’t go to arbitration if they don’t know the sum they want back. Accounts must have already identified what’s missing in order for them to go to the table. So I agree with BFD on this one. They can’t be still trying to complete it otherwise they can’t go to arbitration to recover the profits as they wouldn’t know what the number is.

Kat I will agree with you, I think they wanted the drop. There are many reasons for this, good and bad. But I’m of the optimistic view that hopefully, and I know this has been said for years, that they have allowed in new investors (perhaps HNWI and/or institutional) and hope disappointed PIs have left the building .

If GST are unsure as to when the suspension will be lifted, or even know its weeks away, I’m not sure they can sit on the sensitive information they planned to release with results. So I’m expecting to hear something next week on some matters, like others hoping what ever it is is goods news, which we all need now! Good luck all (again) locked in now until auditors are finished, at least we know they have done a ‘substantial’ amount at the moment so hopefully not long!

Kat do you think the BOD are just as happy with their 10s of millions of shares in probably far more red than us? I think they have a plan/update to blow the roof off soon

Shares moving in today considering suspension tomorrow. It’s almost as if the company knew, perhaps why they waited a day. I know if the company really want to move forward sp wise they need more HNWI and institutional buy ins to give the SP a proper base, most will admit there are too many PIs, maybe they want all the PIs out and start a new base with what’s to come, speculation from me. But I’ll be here non the less

I expecting 1 -2 weeks personally as they stated audits have been substantially completed but knowing GST 3-4 weeks would be worst case in my mind.

Well AHS I’m thinking they might have to announce some stuff now. If accounts are delayed they intended on releasing price sensitive information with it surely now they will have to announce that information under the listing rules? As I’m not sure if delay in accounts will allow them to withhold anything else they planned to inform the market with due to a delay only in the accounting.

Ian that I can agree with hahah, I think on days like today people as hard as it is to find hope. There is a lot of good still, and I’m just going to laugh it off, put this in my draw as the saying goes and keep my chin up for the what I still believe with be fantastic results. The market is also buying lots at these levels so hopefully with some positive news after suspension we will recover well.

Considering this is an issue with the auditors it’s amazing how it’s knocked off 30% of our market cap when the company have said the audit is largely complete. Do believe people who are buying now will do very well

I don’t understand, it’s almost now with suspension happening tomorrow that they have been trying to hammer the sp down for the post 2months. It’s like every RNS is trying to sow doubt and they almost on purpose want this to drop. Why they haven’t suspended immediately. It’s like they want a rush for the door. Even I the optimist am disappointed by the BODs action here.

Well the trading day is over, tomorrow I think will be a transformational day and along with most are hoping for the update we have all been waiting for. Truly hope not just for me but all those who have held strong or maybe in at higher levels get their money back and more. Even you Kat, artful, massive, billy, Nero, positive, AHS, don’t wish bad on anyone. While it’s been tough on both sides of the coin truly am rooting on a result for us all.

Clearly the mms want to retain a market and there are a lot of shares to offload at this price. Whether it be from shares held from previous days at this rate or they could even have placing share possibly and are keeping at these levels or below to make sure enough is cleared. All speculation on my part
