I asked about galvin bais shareholding/agm/lam pek San shareholding (part owner of semnet) who held 69.6million shares in GST from the prospectus. Also about the appointment of the auditor

I’ve also had responses from Tim today but not as optimistic about the detail in my responses but an interview would be most welcome.

I email him every day, he speak to the board regularly regarding what investors ask him and I want him to tell them he’s getting bombarded with Questions. Even if he doesn’t answer them it’s the only way they will get the picture, I want them to shiver a bit coming up to the imminent AGM.

Has anyone had a response from Tim on any questions in the last couple of weeks?

That’s not a question I have asked massive as I’m pretty sure Tim won’t answer that one. And unless he says when (if) the application has been made as well it’s not useful information to me currently. If I’m honest I think it was made likely earlier in the year after the march corporate update, but just a guess from me. They were getting ready for it last year with the leaked Angra fx website which was a copy of the Angra global website, Angra global would require an EMI to operate in the uk, but I think they are going to copy it in Angra fx name. So seeing as the EMI wasn’t mentioned in the corporate update in march, can only assume it was just after that.

It’s not disclosed on any interim, annual report or any website I’ve found other yahoo which you have just mentioned since his appointment in 2022 bfd, everyone else’s holdings have. It’s not even on the prospectus from 2021.

That is a lot of shares that have suddenly come under his ownership with no record or RNS of director buy

Shayne tan has always had 5million shares from when he purchased them off Raphael back in 2021 for 2p.

The one where there is NO record of a share purchase is Galvin Bai at 29.8 million shares. Which to honest I’m frustrated I haven’t had an answer on yet. There has been no record anywhere of his shareholding until the 2025 recently released annual report

If I’m honest and I know I’ve said it a few times, I think they want PIs out. There is a lot in the report that could have been RNSsed like the EMI license is a big deal. I think they are trying to squeeze us out. They aren’t stupid and think there’s a big plan that they are playing out, it will all come to light soon. But I really doubt they want to go into an AGM with the SP where it is and sentiment where it is.

All will be able to have their say at the AGM which is due very soon. I’m not sure why so many need to vent here, if you are invested you will be able to tell the BOD directly.
