I agree billy and really hope they do release some good news before the AGM, but I will still be holding Galvin bai responsible for semnet who was meant to be overseeing it. Unless they release some mega news and then all is forgiven as they say!

Tim has a pretty tough job when it comes to being PR for micro/aim/penny stocks. These companies pay his wages and I would expect him to, irrespective of his personal views, be 100% on their side. So I know any response is going to be in GSTs defence and he is on strings when it comes to what he can say. But sometimes if I can figure out the right question to ask you can get a response that installs hope. I personally never expect much but the only thing that he has actually said that annoys me is that he doesn’t think sentiment at the moment will have any impact on the AGM, which is sheer arrogance. I will definitely be voting and hope a lot of people prove him wrong, Galvin bai will get a vote out from me (not to be confused with jack bai ceo) but the rest are fine imho and still have a lot to give, in the hope Chris Wellesley gets on the board in his place.

Cheobol, I’ve been told the 36million contract is nothing to do with the arbitration and don’t think it has anything to do with the valuation of semnet. The issues clearly lie with loss of business from other sources that the ex owners were involved with. I doubt the listing on Nasdaq could have anything to do with a one off contract

The rest I believe will still have a big impact on the business given time and don’t believe there are suitable replacements but Galvin bai should go and imho Chris Wellesley should take his place as a executive director.

Semnet hasn’t gone well, it’s in the past and in the AGM I’ll be holding Galvin bai to account as he was appointed to over see it (not to be confused with jack bai CEO) I’m not sure what Galvin bai brings to the business really and he failed to oversea semnet when it was projecting substantial growth so I will be voting him out

I do agree cheobol, the way it was RNSd left it open to interpretation as to whether it was a multi year deal or not, so I was expecting it to be accounted for in our accounts. I was also surprised and frustrated to hear it was accounted for prior to aquistion, but in the same stance, if it was a complete one off, in one year we would show 1000% increase in revenue and the next possibly a 90% decrease so I do sort of understand it not wanting to be made in accounts. But this was never made known and left to people to interpret in many different ways, they should have as a business just said this themself instead of getting investors to pester Tim for the answer. I would have understood it if they were straight from the beginning as to how they were going to account it as it would have made sense but there was clearly the need to get that raise across and the wording was obviously used in a way to try and get maximum impact. But that has passed now, just hoping for something soon to move the sentiment!

Do you mind emailing Tim and asking him why he’s saying the opposite of what you have been told? I know that’s forward for me but as GST IR representative he’s giving investors opposite information regarding marketing and would really appreciate it being validated. Your able to be specific with him as he acts of behalf of GST where as I know you can’t here due to a private conversation you had with Chris.

I also hope for a corporate update but the Tim isn’t worried about the current sentiments impact on the AGM, probably due to the fact not many people actually vote, if you have a look at the results of the last AGM it will show. Previous corporate updates in October were just coincidence Tim said. I think the BOD are quite comfortable they will be all the votes they need without any update before the AGM though from what I’ve read.

Sparky I think may not have been telling the truth, I’ve asked Tim weekly so far if anything has changed in relation to a podcast and he has said he still hasn’t heard anything from the BOD in relation to sparkys claims.

We are due one if the accounts/annual report provided company updates up until the end of July. But if they included progress up until its release then maybe have to wait a bit longer. Tim told me that corporate updates previous released in October were just coincidences and not a calendar event, but we could still see one this month if progress in the annual report was up until the end of July. I’m hoping we do at least!
