The BOD don’t release news like partnerships I’m afraid. They do them in annual reports, interims and sometimes corporate updates, they haven’t done a partnership RNS for quite some time. They started partnerships with two company’s for payments like Stripe and only gave them a mention in the annual report. This would boost the SP via an RNS but they just don’t seem to want to do it for some reason

5 mms on the BID now, is the order book finally turning? Guess we will find out if the bid reaches 0.75 without lots of sells. Hoping this semnet news puts some new grounding to the SP

I’ll be honest the big buyers have had lots of chances to buy but clearly want stock at the lowest price or not at all. Which suggests to me only short term trading. I’d rather they didn’t get the shares!

If it is a someone they must have a fill/kill order billy, they clearly don’t want to buy what’s free in market so I’m assume they want to buy at the lower end of 0.6 and sell for a small profit. Just speculation on my part, as if they were position building they would just buy at market rates now.

Yes the current setup of the order book is ideal for building a position. I don’t see any sign of that yet other than large numbers being quoted for on dummy sells, which is either someone with a fill/kill order or MMs taking stock onto their books. Who knows

I doubt we will move for a while until news, there are quite a few MMs on the bid and ask so why we haven’t seen many traders as you would need to buy a lot too shift all the MMs on the ask and likewise with the bid a lot would need to be sold to go into the .5 this is why the sp hasn’t moved.

Your right chaebol, I was expecting ‘shortly’ to be of that timeframe. Clearly he was being over optimistic but hopefully we get something soon. I check the FCA website everyday so if it is granted they won’t be able to hide it for long.

The EMI is why metapay is taking so long so it must be close. I believe when we get that we will confirm metapay aquisition

It’s the emi that will come in first, imho. That’s why Chris is vocal at the moment, and also why metapay hasn’t completed as that only takes a few months if that for approval. I believe the regulatory approval they are talking about waiting for is the EMI from the FCA in order to complete that. If they complete on metapay now before EMI approval they would need to reapply for the EMI. The EMI will open up more doors for the business than MICA imho and in the hand of Chris who has carried the business this year hopefully will do very well.

Chaebol there isn’t much I can do, if that’s what the majority of shareholders vote for then it’s right they get passed. I just hope that there is a good turn out and the BOD see that shareholders care, as the last vote last year showed most shareholders didn’t care at all or felt like there was no point. I wouldn’t like this year to be different, no matter what the outcome.

If nobody shows up to vote for the resolutions of the AGM, the bod will do what they want for another year without any worry about recourse. If there are hardly any votes they will assume no one cares that’s much and continue as they have done as all resolutions will be passed. The AGM is shareholders only chance to have a say, don’t waste it everyone.
