I want to know when those shares were sold as lam pek San may have had assess to financial performance of semnet and feel we should be entitled to know when these shares were sold.

CEO of semnet, not seen this before, since August. Looks like they are putting CEOs in all the businesses

Some might disagree with me on this but I’ve said before I’ll be voting out Galvin bai, regarding semnet but also if they want automatic authority again to place shares I’ll be voting down that as well, mostly due to them note completing acquisitions in a timely manor but also due to the treasury placing. Unless they can show soon the value of these but so far recently I think the placings have not been used well, if they get MICA or EMI next week I’ll change that decision but so far they haven’t proved to me personally that the money has been well spent. Heres to hoping for some good news soon!

With these statements now out, as far as I’m concerned they might as well come out with the details of the arbitration as these accounts explain it all to me to be honest. Made 1.8milion profit up until we completed the acquisition, no wonder they were excited.

Semnet accounts have just been posted on ARCA, the 35 million contract definitely happened and is in the reporting period from 01.10.23 to 31.03.25 but clearly not included In GSTechnologies group statements .

According to semnets accounts in ARCA between these dates I’ve mentioned they reported revenue of 37.8million with cost of sales 35million
