Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
To be honest the only offering GST have that doesn’t rely on a crypto asset function is AngraFX. Everything else will need MLR to be used in the UK. Which is why I think it’s so nailed on, Gsend, angraglobal, gsmoney, GS20. When the FCA give the nod, boom would be an understatement.
Angra global is using the tech from their stablecoin platform as on their front page of Angra global it says stablecoin function. So again it will need MLR authorisation to be used in the uk as stablecoins come under crypto assets.
Totally agree AHS and hopefully they are considering and making plans for other markets. However thier mission statement revolves around the FCA and UK market, having gone this far I wouldn’t want them to turn around now and redirect valuable resources to another market just yet. I think there are a lot of people that will echo your frustrations and for me I personally hate missed timelines. There must be a really good reason for this and I strongly believe the next RNS is going to blow the roof off here. Hold for gold, the future is fintech and everyone including the FCA wants a piece.

Released by FCA today, nothing majorly impactful for GSt But love the focus on making the fintech market more competitive.
I agree AHS but according to GST Website those top 3 were at that point on the 26th of jan, that’s almost 3+ weeks ago now so if they had crossed the threshold they would have imformed us by now. Which is why I think it’s a group.
I think who ever has bought these shares AHS has been very careful to not be in a position where they need to issue a tr1 because it maybe cause a hike in the sp, which they don’t want as they want to keep it at this level. Honestly think this is being played to the extreme and the FCA need to take my email seriously on this.
We have mr zhang start on the FCA board yesterday on a 3 year contract who was brought to help with stablecoins. He wouldn’t be brought in for three years if the FCA didn’t want to adopt it in some way. Imho is will be good news at the end for GST who are at the forefront and well ahead of the game.
And more importantly sprout, PIs don’t have the power to hold a price, 400million shares is no PI or even and small group. Here we have imho a group of institutions who have been building a stake. They will also know that they won’t be able to sell all that stock for a profit if they dump it all at once. I personally believe who ever has bought In sees the same end game here which is a buy out for many multiples of this price. People have finally got wind of this and now looking at the end game which I’m starting to think could well be sooner than we all think, my personal take that is
