It’s an excellent result that so many showed up, last year there were resolutions with 100% for and 0 votes against. This year shareholders have shown they care, I thank all those that voted, this BOD has the ability to transform this business but can’t do it behind closed doors again.

Has literally no one actually read the AGM Resolutions??? Resolution 6 was NOT passed!!! They have to come to shareholders before any raise first, and large number were against 5. The BOD will finally realise we are here and we are upset.

They can place shares but not to just anyone, they have to come to us first.

And Tim said that current sentiment would have no impact on the AGM results

There is no data from its BTC Transactions, the only transparency bake offer which DeFi lama can only derive their data from is ETH and other coins listed on their transparency page. I’ve been trying to find out thier BTC Information for quite some time
