Hi BFD, maybe you’re right, I myself have voted against 5 and 6. I don’t mind them placing, but I want them to come to shareholders for it so if they want money, they need to say we are 100% buying this business and by when etc. I think and hope the BOD are surprised by the number showing up and may actually at least listen a bit to their PI shareholder base. Even if lots of people show up to vote in favour of all the resolutions, I want the BOD to know we do care.

They can also be the opposite, where is they feel things are going badly and are unheard they can turn up in huge numbers for change. Sentiment has never been this bad before an AGM, that’s the difference. The BOD will stay I believe but shareholders may remove their right to place shares at will as so far they haven’t shown this year that placings have been well spent, in the most part at least. I was personally hoping they would prove to shareholders via an update before the AGM to prove otherwise but clearly aren’t that concerned due to historical AGMs. Which is a shame, guess now we can only wait and see!

They are usual billy, but they don’t have the same shareholder support this time round as they have done on previous years. I know a lot of people voting against the last two resolutions, whether that’s enough to down vote them, I don’t know but I don’t think this

There is no market at the moment so I don’t think we will break .5 or .7 until end of November/beginning of December. Or perhaps after AGM as outcome of those could cause a shift if some

Resolutions aren’t passed.

They paid for the recruitment cost for mica and emi in FY25 as in the annual report. I don’t think 6 months on from there that they haven’t applied for these licenses. I actually think they applied for an EMI quite early in the year as the leaked ANGRAFX website was ready last year by the looks of it. But if by end of march they had paid for the investment in these licenses then I can only assume that 7 months on they must have applied. Again can only speculate

Enki, I was pleased to see tone goh do that buy earlier in the year. Until I saw my friend a few weeks ago and he has a Roles Royce like tone goh and I asked him how much it cost as a year to run (insurance, fuel, servicing and vechile depreciation) and he said 36k if you bought it brand new. He basically put his servicing money in. Now if Shayne tan put that kind of money in I’d now be more optimistic. But the accounts show he put that in to try to help sentiment, as the accounts don’t show the performance we all hoped for. Either way I guess it’s better than nothing, but in essence that buy now shows me why he didn’t invest serious money which was because he new the accounts weren’t that great.

I agree with chaebol, unfortunately due to the last 6-7months I also believe there are lots of people looking for the sell button. This is why an interview/podcast is so important to come with news. I believe their PR and BOD are well aware of this.

Yes I would agree with you. But Chris Wellesley has communitied with some shareholders in a positive tone, regarding updates shortly and a podcast/interview. Seeing as his business was the one that would have applied for the emi, I’m assuming his positivity is in relation to a positive outcome on that.

Totally agree, we will see when all comes out as the lord say ‘shortly’ not sure how long that is, but I’m assuming due to no corporate update being released yet that this is because perhaps (can only assume) a license is coming very soon. Also I don’t think they have completed the aquisition yet because they have applied for these licenses based on their current setup, introduced another business now may mean they have to do a new application. Again just guessing and speculating, all I can do currently!

If what Chris is saying to people is true, it may be that they haven’t ever believed they are in a position to advertise until everything is ready. EMI license was mentioned in their prospectus from 2021, MICA came in after the prospectus so is new license they have had to navigate. Only thing with marketing is the only point spending it is when you can offer IMHO your absolute maximum. I can only guess this is why it’s been such a grueling wait as I now believe, if all that is said regarding Chris is true, that they must have applied for all the licenses earlier in the year and this is what is due soon. Hence the talk about an interview/podcast and large marketing drive. These licenses will be the final piece of the puzzle. Just my take.

Sparky I think the difference here is he has posted the email response. When you mentioned it it was word an mouth, but this has more weight to a degree. Nothing to do with say aerry didn’t write it himself. But now it’s come from him and you it’s feeling more hopeful.

An interview/podcast can only really come on the back of some news imho. I doubt they would do one on arbitration news so maybe a corporate update with granting of a license, we hope. Tim is on holiday till Thursday so can’t get anything out of him. Maybe announcement being made then!

I don’t know cheabol, I don’t personally get the feeling they are but I’m not sure what benefit that will give them. The LSE gives them plenty of funding options and not sure if they would get the same privately, but who knows.
