You need to email Tim and let him know, he’s the only one who speaks to the bod regularly on investor sentiment and the only one who will be able to apply any pressure from investors.

On the bid and they are willing to take large amount of shares that’s a very good sign.

The BID moved up on SINT trades executed at bid and ask prices. They seem to act in order to affect the algorithms set by the MMs in order to help shift bid and ask in order to help make a market. That’s what I’ve noticed over the years at least.

It’s amazing how much stock they have at 0.75p still 3 mms on the ask after all the buys today. The MMs must be laughing, hardly making a market.

The profit from that sale will be minimal and it was a one off. But It wasn’t mentioned as a one off and worded as a contract and not a one off sale and so many including me were expecting it to be sold gradually over months of perhaps years. But now finding out it wasn’t even accounted during GSTs ownership is a hard swallow considering they mentioned it on a few RNSs and led a lot of people to believe it was something to look out for. That’s was bothers me, but I guess what’s done is done and hope that anything missed is recovered in arbitration.

I also got confirmation that the 36m contract did happen but was accounted for before the acquisition. Currently trying to find out why it was even mentioned if GST were to never benefit from it.

Tim has told me that none of the BOD have said they will do a podcast to him, not what i wanted to hear but just passing it on.

Randy we all hope this, shareholders definitely deserve it. But Tim himself said the BOD are fully aware of the sentiment but he isn’t concerned on its impact on the AGM. I think he reads that as shareholders either don’t turn up and vote or there aren’t enough unhappy people to make a difference. But if what sparky said yesterday was true then hopefully we will all get the answers we need in the upcoming interview/presentation.

I’m still here and I’m still positive, I just feel to a degree now that perhaps there’s not enough transparency from the company about internal transactions that occur and what certain services that are being paid for are. We highlight in the annual report new partnerships and new engagements with other parties for various activities but we are also spending hundreds of thousands with BODs companies and I’ve not seen much come from it. GSmoney hasn’t had much happen on it for a while and the new back office for Angra is run by caliber which jack is a managing director for but can’t see anything due to it being back office. If they pull off the emi license and mica none of it will matter but I will be honest. I do feel the sentiment and of course it’s hard not too, but this has the potential and I’m still prepared to wait, I feel you might as well at these levels and I’m in no hurry.

I’ve been told this section is specifically for transactions with businesses owned or run by the BOD that GST themselves don’t own. So would be caliber, wise mpay, vimlogy etc

Masterboffin, they are directors of other businesses as well and GST is not their full time jobs, jack bai owns and is the director of a number of businesses and tone goh is a director of a family office as well. GST are paying hundreds of thousands to businesses run by the BOD for services those businesses provide, so indirectly they are benefiting further than just their salaries.

Yes I agree massive, I have also been looking for the reason why there have been limited buys from the bod since the original purchases and my previous post is my only deduction. If I’m honest I’d rather there were no directors buys now and we got some really good news instead.

Hi massive, it’s not low enough. Galvin bai got hit share before his appointment and I believe him along with lam pek San and others were part of jack bais investor group who bought overall over the £198,000 of shares at 0.1p and also jack bais owned a substantial amount before he joined the company likely imho at a much lower price than it is now. Their averages, apart from Shayne tan who only bought 5million buy at 2p are likely quite now. Purhaps even lower than the current sp, this will be the same with tone goh who owned 40 million shares before the prospectus which was on the back of a placing at 1p.
