There aren’t a specific details around the issues, but it’s clear to me that there are a lot of frustration towards the auditors and their handling. Which echos the wordings of the RNSs. It’s also clear which may be obvious that the company didn’t want to go into suspension and were left with no chose, timings of the suspension were advised by FCA and financial advisors. Why the financial advisors recommended they delayed a day for suspension is crazy to me as they would have known the sp would drop. There must be a reasoning behind that imho.

Tim has contacted me and the suspension date we advised on behalf of the FCA and their financial advisors, also tim himself seems very unhappy with the auditors conduct and suggest most of, if not all issues are due to them. He also said he himself has no concerns.

The business are well aware of what these incidents will do in terms of sentiment without balance of good news. I still believe this has been planned, and for what real reason I don’t know. Even with the treasury and the purchase of one BTC I believe the bod are aware of the expectations from some of their investors. I think they want PIs out and start a new base, ready for a killer H2, I’m ready to see how their plan unfolds.

Rich England they said the accounts were substantially completed and suggested no conflict with auditor. The opposite, the auditor asked for more time and they said yes. There is no suggestion of conflict. The is no information to suggest either of large sums of money missing and an expensive legal battle, arbitration is the cheapest way to settle a dispute and if that unsuccessful then yes it can get expensive. What you say could be true but at the moment that’s not what’s being suggested in my opinion. It’s all subjective at the moment depending on how you read it I admit, but I’m a strong believer of the positive.
