Issue with companies like this is the reason they don't care is because it is our/your money. The issue for me is not the silence it's the fact that they had an investment plan and could not implement it, which implies they don't know what they are doing. It also implies the advisors are poor. Reality is you just have to accept the situation and not invest in the team/people again. It still maybe ok but historically they have got everything wrong so far, so just don't hold your breath. As they say tho even a blind squirrel finds an acorn occasionally lol

At least Twitter is quiet and not telling the masses to be patient as great things come to those who wait. With so many opportunities around I reall wish I had this pocket money I invested here to put somewhere else but does serve me right for taking a punt on this.

Thats easy then. Company set up with investment strategy - BOD fail to implement Teathers APP set up - ran well then stopped Company suspended for months with no confirmation from BOD on anything but usually std releases. Information available has led to me to act and decide the BOD are not capable and are out of their depth! If there is information available I have missed that suggests different please let me know. PS as an investor, not a 3 yr old, I decided random off the cuff twitter comments don't count as information

I don't want an egm as you are correct it's pointless without a decent proposal behind it. However I have written this off as so far since I invested (a very small amount) it has been very badly run. I could all be ok in a couple of weeks which is what everyone hopes for but so far with the failure to action the initial investment plan I do think there are signs that they might not get it right again.

In a group who called an egm before and it really can and did work. It all needs to be 100% genuine and really need an alternative proposal as calling an EGM to just say we want the board out won't work. I invested in this but have written it off as the use of Twitter by a bod member to communicate says it all really. It's a great idea but the excecution of the investment strategy is surely a mistake that a 15 year old would make not a listed company with advisors

Ready made successful companies is perfect and creates instant results. There is a company called trak8 on AIM that although it operates in a different sector and manages the companies in a different way but it does highlight the success of companies that aquire companies. The good point is that the companies add to the balance sheet instantly. I expect that Bhrd will perform similar to trak8 over time.

Read all the available info it details the market cap of the company after name change etc so my assumption is that was always the starting point and it's not there yet, which is why people mention the 7-8p as that's the starting point prior to any future anticipation being factored in. Obviously only my opinion, but deep down I am gutted this did not stay off the radar till jan, when I was adding more lol

I have purchased a few of these during December and was hoping it was off the radar till jan when I could add more again as it is an exceptional chance to get in at the start and in a few years time be sitting very very pretty. Guess it blipped on the radar today and although I am dissapointed on a personnel note I have a few and even a few in years to come could pay the mortgage off :)
