Happens like this because most AIM placings are to raise money to pay directors to spend time on the next get rich quick power point for the next fund raiser. Not going to lie I was hoping that a placing would be above the price of the last placing to show progress from a placing price point of view, but hey as its being spent on share holder value I can live with the it :)

I do hold a few but literally a small punt so being 100% honest with my personnel situation currently I wrote this off at suspension. I am concentrating on the ones i think will be successful and not ones like this :)

Get 10% together write to the board with details of the shareholders calling the EGM and the resolutions that need to be discussed/agreed. Check with the nomad on timing as I think depending on the resolutions being requested it affects how long before the meeting can take place if the bod agree to the meeting. Not looked for a while but I think with limited time left you might want to leave the bod out of it and request that if the original concept of the company can't be completed (investment) then the best action for share holders is to sell all assets and distribute the money to share holders accordingly and not what is being proposed. Only time I have every been involved with this is when a major share holder (who knows what they are doing legally) has helped to instigate a change and it worked very well but you really will need to have someone on board who knows what is what to make it a success. That said even if you don't know what you are doing you can make it interesting for the bod/company with the requirement to answer some interesting questions. Good luck with what you decide as I still can't even bare to discuss the RNS given its disregard for investors (my opinion obviously)

I said I would wait for the next official end rather than Twitter before making a decision on the management. I think the situation is both obvious and embarrassing for the management so best hope now is to get something out of it and add the management to my list of "exceptional directors!!!" It's almost too embarrassing to comment on the RNS so to that extent I won't both gracing my opinion

Very wise on the forget AIM. I am kicking myself really as I have been so selective over the last year for that exact reason and only currently hold bhrd and chal, which one is main market and the other is in a different league to typical aim. The reason I am kicking myself is I liked the idea so much so I invested a small amount as I again trusted a bod to turn that idea into a business and progress it in a fair manner, as they should given where the investment money has come from. My view was I liked the app and what could possible go wrong with investment as a business strategy, well seems between all involved (including the nomad imo) they have not even excecuted the investment strategy to meet the business needs and by now I would expect to have had this sorted out or at least know why/how they mucked it up. It still might come good but there are so many red flags now it's gone beyond amusing.

My concern is they are 8 weeks away from delisting and the fact nothing is released currently means there is not a solution agreed or it would have to be RNS'd. Plus the noise of Twitter from certain people has been embarrassing to say the least.

You seem confident. How about confident of getting out of suspension and not delisting?

Nice use of capitals. So again I will ask where has the information about signing any contract come from? If there is no RNS then why believe Twitter??? If they tell you in an official RNS that we will have an update in Feb and it's now April then why on earth would Twitter be accurate if official RNS announcements are not. You seem to be getting angry for no reason, I am invested and very dissapointed with the progress and company performance in the last 6 months, one minute we are told not to listen to here say and here you are now believing the hearsay on Twitter is gospel. I will ask one final time where has the information on a "white label" contract come from other than the waffle I saw on Twitter? It may come, the bod may pull it out the bag but currently doing what oli said to do, which was go by official announcements, the company is not a shining example on how a company should be run imo. Let's just agree to wait till they say something official as after all they have at least a few weeks left before they delist and fail big time.

No you are missing the point. Where was this information confirmed? Please let me know where this important company information has been presented to share holders. The latest official statement was we will update you at end of Feb and it's now April with no news and time running out. I am invested and as I have said like the concept but all official (not Twitter or in a pub) information released points to the management not being capable.

Have they signed anything then? Where is an official announcement on anything? They have limited time left to prove they can run a business. I like your loyalty but let's be honest nothing has been released officially to suggest there will be a happy ending

felt so safe in a company in such a short space of time. This really is s case of investing an amount and letting it run for a few years. I am interested to see where this sits in a year or 2 as this could be really special if they keep doing what they say they are going to do.

The next RNS will tell us if the bod are capable of running a business or managing a good idea. Based in Twitter ramblings they think they are, based on official RNS announcements so far they are not but we will soon see if they have wasted/taken pi's money for nothing or not.

My concern is there is nothing official to say they are doing anything other than a comment on Twitter. On Twitter oli has mentioned many things before that have not happened so I am afraid I need to see things in RNS format to believe anything. Also yes I have always suspected the only way they will get out of this is to go the tfsl route, which is why I invested anyway so have no issues in this but I won't believe anything until it's in an RNS

it should be a great product but my concern is the bod can't get it out if suspension. They failed to implement the business plan in 12 months and now they have had 6 months to do something and not done anything yet. In a couple of months if they have not sorted something it will be curtains

if a company is willing to write in an RNS that it will update at the end of Feb and it does not then don't listen to a word what they say in Twitter. I am yet to know of a good long term share that updates via Twitter. It's all a great sham as I believe there is potential, but maybe they need help to realise it as they don't seem to be able to action a business plan or action the app. Sounds harsh but show me any official news that suggests otherwise. It's such a small holding for me but i think I keep looking in as it's the most disappointing given what I think it could be. Hopefully they will get their act together soon. Lee

Don't base anything on what is said on Twitter. Now remember I invested a small amount of money as I liked the app and think it could do very well but so far the bod have proved to not be capable in either running the company or keeping the app going. Now that may all change when they announce something in an RNS but until they do everything official announced backs up the statement I am afraid to say, which is a big disappointment.
