Not sure where all the confusion on EUA comes from there are 2 ways to play it.

1: trade it and be bothered by small movements and ignore potential future company value to some degree because +\- 10-15% is decent money I guess.

2: wait till they either sell or ramp up in to a full blown mining company, either way if it’s 1 week or 52 weeks the value will be above the SP today and not by 10-15%.

On days like this the people going for strategy 2 should be able to add and the people on point 1 trade out a few so it’s almost a win win.

I am fully in camp 2 with a view that by end of 2021 I should be happy and probably much sooner but that’s the hard part guessing the timing so I add small amounts when I can and just relax.

The best thing to do is forget about what atomic is worth and just do some analysis on what the earning potential of the new company is based on current bopd, short term bopd potential and finally what you think the future holds.

Use a suitable price of oil and use a P/E ratio you are happy with and see what value you reach then add some % of hype on top and you will probably reach the conclusion that if your already in and decided to wait till year end you might do very well out of COPL. Also if you wanted out short term you will still do well :)

Well after many years of not being able to invest due to kids etc I have finally come back in and this will be my first post in the 2-3 weeks I have been back :)

I am not a huge investor but I took a small position in ggp when I restarted and today took more with a view that I will not be worrying about small movements as my view is by year end with POG and progress +/- 5% is not worth thinking about.

I won’t post much as I don’t have in-depth knowledge of the industry etc but I like to think I know enough to make the odd sound judgement.

Meeting before the event to be told more information which does not come to fruition? Why would anyone want money tied in to this company with this lot at the helm based on what they have achieved? Basically will vote for every thing so we can get to see the accounts and then just distribute the money back where possible so this disaster can be forgotten about.

admit I was expecting to be in a higher range than we were at the end of last year, but I am impressed with the company growth. I will just keep an eye on how the future growth is obtained because I don't want all the cash required to be constantly raised at 3.25p, as this will never give me the investment growth I would want.

That's the problem with investing I guess. You put faith in a BOD and they are either capable or not, and these guys are not hence everyone's account says zero. I am interested to know why it was not possible to implement an investment strategy in 6 months. Still let's hope any future votes required gives the right outcome because like most people I don't want these looking after my interests anymore and would rather burn my cash than let them continue to use it.

Why I am awaiting all the information to be revealed as that interview was used in my decision making on my punt.

Are we supposed to be happy that the company is going to delist with all the investors money (including new investor) and then when practical it might look to relist in the future? Until then we just accept that when running a private company the bod will be able to successfully do anything because it's been a disaster as a listed company. I have no idea how we are supposed to trust them to do better in a world with even less regulation!!!! I am still waiting to be advised how they have not even managed to implement an investment strategy business plan. Following a business plan is not that tricky?

The last bit of that is very important as that should see value to shareholders, which is exactly what we want.

Point that really gets me is the positive spin by directors prior to suspension as this was when I took a punt. I want to know if they were aware of the issue on investment / impending suspension at this stage and I want to know exactly when larger holders sold shares. If it was during a positive spin period then I will be very unimpressed lol

this is what needs to happen:- EGM Bye bye oli and board (no deals for stepping aside etc) Sell all **** investments company have Analyse accounts, payments, transactions etc If in the share holders / companies best interests then go ask all the required questions using the money from the sold investments. Then what ever money is left leave it in the shell and go looking for some who wants a cash shell to start something worthwhile. All the tweets and waffle from TEA now looks embarrassing at best and at worse far more. this could get very interesting :)

The bod miss the point. They have wasted all money and responsibility given to them. So I summary if you have money invested I would rather see 25% back than another bull**** attempt at a business where current values are diluted by 50% by this mystical investor. Just leave and let the company sell all investments and return what little is left to investors or sell everything and leave it as a cash shell for someone who knows what they are doing to take over.

Why do I need to ask a question on a bb to someone I don't know? Other people's views are irrelevant to me so don't spend anytime worrying about it. If the company can build a solid base and the acquisitions grow then over time this is a great opportunity. If you made loads buying at the bottom and selling at the top, which is what every one does in the Bb world then why worry about the views of others?

Does it matter at all what someone else says on a bb, when you don't know them from Adam. There are 3 options in shares buy, sell and hold so if you are interested have a check yourself and then do one of the 3

Most placings I guess in the fact that they hit placing price as that is what investors consider the company to be worth.

Just to clarify they have just raised money via a placing at 3.25p, which hit the market next week and then a few days later you believe they will do another placing at 2-2.5p? Not sure on your logic there lads but each to their own.

I am guessing lots of people with far more information and knowledge than yourself have bought in at 3.25p including some very impressive HNW individuals so I think your assessment is wrong based on the information currently available.

Relisting is what everyone wants but the latest RNS seems to suggest different with only hope of relisting coming from the standard rto speak that most companies in this situation contain, and they did last time in the previous RNS. Add that to the more detailed info on a possible way forward away from the markets with significant dilution you must admit that there is nothing much to go on in official announcements to give any indication of a good ending for share holders currently.
