Now Alsa OP is around 180M plus. 7400 plus vehicles. Expanding continuously. More than 200 years Old Business. Alsa alone worth more than 2.5B in any case considering today’s circumstances. Who knows about tomorrow. But surprise to see Phil white was the CEO at that time.

Discussions with the PTAs are progressing constructively. The parties have signed a joint exploratory paper on this matter and have exchanged drafts of possible supplementary agreements. The aim is to press ahead with the finalisation of these agreements to have the supplementary agreements become legally effective over the coming months.

Also watch webcast. In which CFO confirm there is a guarantee regarding the German rail issue.

Furthermore, I believe they will expand more in German railway after realisation that how incompetent DB is.

We argued that we should be compensated because of the bad infrastructure and German PTAs said ok sir. This doesn’t work like this. Problem identification, experts reports, contributory elements, and final assessment of compensation , legal implications, investment of legal teams, all comes one by one. Wealthtrasfer, it has been settled now that the infrastructure was the main cause of the delay and as a result penalties were imposed which are unjust. Sooner or later German authorities have to compensate the companies and for freight it has already been done.

It is just a matter of time now. I trust 2026 will be proved a turnaround year for Mobico.

If they can sell 9M operating profit business in £450 plus imagine how much will be the worth of Alsa which has £180 M operating profit. Euro exchange rate will contribute £10M alone as Alsa earns in euros.

Confirmation is , they announced Auditor resignation in April , German contract has exchanged, no news about slowdown in the USA Alsa is winning new contracts, miore diversified and well positioned. UK busses and depots are being sold and they along with Alsa supervison will take part in bidding not only in midlands but also outside of it. UK coaches are coming on track. One more thing they tested a new technology in Germany which helped them trained more driver without trains. And it will be widely work now.

Just give a call to sell because SP is getting lower is not fair. And that’s what FP1 is doing. There is nothing which suggests that the company is going to bust soon. Yes they wasted time and yes they are struggling but Mobico is not the only company which is struggling in fact I see the Mobico is the company which has now identified the issues and those are simple to resolve if the board is not dishonest. off course DYOR.

Discussions with the German PTAs continue to progress well. We continue to work toward achieving clear visibility on both the structure and the value of the settlement. A formal announcement to the market will be made when appropriate.

Actions continue in WeDriveU to address the loss making contracts, with all options to fix the WMATA contract being considered. Since the HY WeDriveU has won a contract near Central Illinois and started operations for three previously won contracts.
