0.5 x of Ebtida , Mcap is almost the same as free cash flow of a year. These companies always keeps more or less same debt position. Have plenty of headroom. Working to minimise the unnecessary burden. Price is 35P. Shorts increase to cover the shorts which took place @£2.50. They are clearly begging to keep the price at these levels so they can cover what they sold earlier without paying much.

So we know they short and price is around 34p. They sold , who bought? Game will remain interesting, ignore HY result other than ALSA performance and keep focusing on FY results. Late October to December will be the key time.

Shorts are playing well. They are expecting that HY result will help them cover. But eventually they have to cover and once it’s done it will jump over 50p.

I checked couples of day before 7 July and did not find that anyone filed opposing statement. I found on website that NASB sale has Ben approved subject to any apposing comments on 7th July 2025. There is nothing which suggests any opposing comments were filed. IMO opinion and I found a copy of that letter it has been done. I don’t know why no official announcement took place yet.

It seems that 500M bond worth 300M now. But why bond holders are selling? Other debt is unsecured. It means that no point for insolvency. Waiting for a good news.
