Mobico has reached an agreement with 5 PTA’s. The terms has agreed and it’s just a ceremonial work which is required to get into binding contract. There is also a due date which is before 30th june 2026. This is important to understand what has been agreed? RRE, would be extended by 2 tears( profit making) and RRX would be shortened by 3 years ( loss making). I hope this will result the recovery albeit gradually.

What shorts are looking for is that no immediate return of money . We have to wait at least until 6 months result of 2026. Somewhere late October or November. IMO

ST, I am here for investing and don’t like gambling. I have my own opinion, it doesn’t matter right or wrong. I know one thing a month ago synth was in 17p and now over 1£ mark. S4 was 14p and now over 40p. Let the right time comes. 1.76 would be a bargain price.

One thing is clear that German rail has been sorted out. Wedrive u is expanding and out of loss making projects. Alsa is expanding and local Spanish news confirms about worth of 6b routes are opening where Alsa is going to compete for tenders. Alsa also entering Spanish train projects. Uk is getting better. What shorts believe I don’t know but I know I bought first share of Mobico at 1.76 and last at 20p I have triple the volume of the share since last year and now shorts want these back. I will keep buying this share every month. DYOR.

What would be the likely bid? Around 500M? Or much lower than that.
