FP1, it doesn’t matter that SP must move up, but it does matter to know that business is moving forward and growing. In three months ahead we have signing ceremony of German contract, 15 months audited results and a busy summer in Spain and rest of the EU due to issues in gulf. So plenty to come.

Exactly FP, war has nothing to with decline in recent SP. We did not note any selling from Cosmen or other institutions. Pure manipulation not a selling. Selling doesn’t work like this. Never mind 10P it would be another opportunity to buy more.

Debt is more or less the same as it was in 2019. So don’t worry about debt.

@smokytime, currently Mcap is £ 127 M and price is 21p (approx). Let’s assume Cosmen offered £500M to shareholders. They are holding more than 25% they have to pay £375M, price will be (£1 per share) how much cash they have? Circa £300M plus a full business turned out of problems, all sectors in profit and 2026 £ 200 ( at least) Op.

Interest rate spike rapidly will affect other sectors and shares more than MCG. It’s a public transport and mostly secured by funding. You can’t walk and the cheapest way to commute is public transport. Oil is hedged and spiked in oil prices just due to fear as oil demand and supply is still steady. Last set of results was a turnaround and now from every three months we will see a betterment. It will expand further from Saudia ( which will get benefits from Dubai fall) to USA. IMHO a takeover bid can snatch this from our hands but at least for £1.

Don’t be panic. It’s an opportunity to top up.

Really interesting, I have feelings that it is going towards a bid. Crazy to say may be but the result was fantastic, and ship is clearly turning. 150Mcap and 198M OP for last year. Issues has been resolved, German agreement has been principally agreed and management is happy with that. We drive U is proving better. Hope to see a big and solid re rate soon.
