Go through from 2019 -2023 you will see a solid business very strong base and coming out of Covid, inflation, wages cost, drivers issues and government grants. Have faith if you are a buyer, enjoy if you short at 85p or above.

I believe the opposite, there is no seller. MW short 0.2% at this rate and it’s still there. Mobico should be double where it is now with the same financial conditions. It will take time and patience will be rewarded.

If we have a look at half year result. It is very convincing. Clearly price increases in 2025 from midland to NA and Germany will increase the margin. No doubt may be two more year for higher interest rate but there are plenty of cushions placed now. I hope German business will come out of the wood this year. So have faith and wait for good days.

It looks like further shorts increase today.

It seems like a favourable situation for Mobico. Let’s see what US business brings to the balance sheet. Year is over and we didn’t hear even a whisper about it.

Smokeytime, why CEO needs to go? Running a business like Mobico is not as easy as some may think and turn around the business is also time consuming. CEO with change in the management is successful to turn the ship so far.

North America and ALSA both comprise 2/3 of the revenue and profitable now. UK will be the profitable this year according to CFO. Germany is left where talks with PTA are going on and hopefully it will be on track soon.

Debt will eventually reduce either by sale of NASB or organically. By that time price will be around £3. Stay calm it will take time.

I remember in reply to a question CEO said there are break clause in the contract. I understand normally parties considered an equitable solution to move forward. Germans are restructuring their railway system as well as fares are increasing next year. Keep faith and stay strong German issue will also be resolved. Remember there are some issues that’s why price is just 84p.

From what I have read as of today, the fair price has been stated 1B USD to 2B USD on various forums. what is difficult for me to understand if we take lower-end Mcap is half of that part price. if after paying debt let's assume 1B what should be the price of Alsa, UK business, We drive you and German rail? I again take on the worst-case scenario it should be 1.5B so the Mcap should be three-time from here at least which is around 2.50P.

Istabarraq, we just got positive news last month as trading update. We got confirmation regarding guidance, updates on both NASB and German rail. I don’t see any reason why they would not be able to sell NASB. Even then if they don’t sell will be able to reduce debt organically.

German transportation at large going through difficulties and hope next year it will also resolved.

Mainly Two scenarios. Either shorts knows what we don’t know or they are simply playing so they can get some shares by frustrating the SP. I believe the second scenario is more likely. On 3rd December they increased by 0.10% around 82 levels and now 0.20%. Let’s see where we finish by Friday evening.
