Fishbon, if you have a look since 2022 you will find consistent growth in revenue and new contract win. In 2022 OP was 15p per share and they announced dividend of 5p. Although there were non cash impairment of goodwill which turn this into Loss. In 2023 it was moving nicely when onerous provision hit the company. Delay in audited result and loss as a result of German rail segment knock this down. This was the first mega fault of the board. James stamp had to leave then because of his mistake. Now the things are turning nicely and organic growth is very much likely . I hope the bad days has gone. There will be no nasty surprise ahead. So keep faith 190- to 200 Million OP is very much likely which will bring a good re-rate. Remember german rail segment is also coming out of the wood. Keep faith.

No information about trading update. Complete silence on NASB sale. Hope at the end it will be opposite to last year trading update.

At this stage only matters how the company is performing and how investors look towards its future IMO. Further and quick interest rate cut are clearly visible now. Inflation is going back to normal. Margins are matching. A NASB sale or no sale will be irrelevant. I am unable to understand why the SP is here. If you see the trading pattern you will realise that there are not much share to buy and that’s the reason price is range bound in between 70p to 75p. I hope soon it will rise , by Feb 2025 hopefully we will see £1.50 or more without NASB sale.

Just a matter of few months, with or without NASB sale. I think shorts are unable to buy huge amount of shares at this price and any quick approach would raise the price above £1 or even more. Does Anyone has idea that how many shares shorted?

German inflation down more than expected. Mobico German segment with price increases, low energy price, and low inflation should perform well in 2025.

No further reduction in shorts. My assumption is that there isn’t much share available in the market. Further reduction will cause the significant spike in SP.

I was listening CFO of Goldman Sachs on CNBC earlier today. In his interview he confirmed that energy prices in Germany are reducing. Mobico in hy report raised three issues , shortage of driver , energy prices and inflation( if I recall). Now two of these are in the process to resolve and one in the HY report they clear that recruiting the new drivers is in process . I hope next year this time it will be around £2 at least. 🙂

“With this price, we will manage to keep the ticket attractive and put the financing on a more solid footing,” Oliver Krischer, the transport minister of North Rhine-Westphalia state, told German news agency dpa. He said the decision shows that German regional authorities “want to stick to the successful model of the Germany Ticket and further develop it.”

How significant the short reduction is ? When it was increasing most people were of the opinion that they are well aware of the company’s future or have knowledge of something which we don’t know. Now we can say they know what is coming next? Or it’s just because of macro change.

Short was playing with this company since 2022, when interest rates start to increase. The simple solution was reduce the expense and increase the price in line with inflation. That’s what the started late 2023. If you see before messing about German contract, Cosmen were buying which saw a jump in SP this JAN.

Selling of NASB shouldn’t be a big hurdle and there must be more than one buyer. First school, greyhound buying proves this concept. Shorts knows once news will be out they have to pay the price more than1.50 but even then they will be able n profit. They know the game. Wait and watch.7% up /down is not a big deal IMO.

Does anyone have information that who is broker for the potential sale of NASB.

IMO shorter are giving back the shares. This should only has to rise. If this share falls it means HY result was not reflecting the true picture, which is highly unlikely. £2 SP is not conditional to if but when.
