Agree wealthtrasfer, but 70% cannot force to sell at lowball offer. And a lowball offer in a scenario when interest rates are going down and NA business are gaining pace will not be fruitful either.

Nothing left to buy for cosmen. How many of us sold? Would anyone take a chance if I say sell as it can go to 45p?

A news drop suggesting there are more than one party interested to buy NA business and the share will climb in minutes. Same with a low ball offer.

Can anyone shed the light on shareholders’s meeting. I live in London and wish to attend the meeting. Do I need any invitation from the company or anyone can visit there? can we expect that any discussion will take place there? Or any question answers sessions.

Specially as stated NA driver shortage has recovered and further contract price will bring positive impact. Interest rate cut and further restructuring of Uk business will boost the profitability in 12 months time.

They are doing their job. Knows better than us. If the business will show strength SP will rise no matter what shorts thinking. Show £200M EBIT, share will rise to £1. Any sale above 950 to 1200 M share price will go up to 150 to 175. First decline in interest rate share will hit 70 to 80 p.

No magic required keep going and match the fare with the inflation.

Those brokers exactly one year before was chanting ,1.80 , 2.00, 2.30. If they were wrong at that time and their logics were incorrect how they can be correct now?

At the end they are brokers who may have their interest as well.

Last December it hit 92p on the hope of £175 to £185 M EBIT. Share slide back to 60p not only because their EBIT lowered to 169M but for someone knew that mistake regarding onerous contract has made.

Honestly speaking from STJ to hallford and from Tui to JD sports most of the shares are more than half from the previous year.

If someone did short yesterday and share is 6% down who was buying yesterday? Shorts are there and will remain for sometimes but imagine if a buyout offer comes just under £800M( realistic value is way higher) where will the shorter go?.

2023 was a difficult year. Away from grants, adding drivers’s issue , increasing cost , wages etc. despite that they were mange to get EBIT of £169M. Revenue were record high. It was why you are expecting profit warning? Why people doubt disposal of NA business will not get a good result?

Mobico has a great potential. Interest cannot sustained at this level. Margin increase is certain and retaining contract and winning further contracts strengthening further.

Only short term worry is hybrid bond due in late 2025.

Enough time to sell NA business at good rate.

Wait and watch it has no other option but to raise.

Unfortunately most of the people now don’t trust this board. CEO has lost his credibility.
