Presumably the buoy has taken on water as ballast into a cavity to help submerge it to 20m or weights?
Looks like they'll have full daylight to hook up.
Some mentioned barnacles on the buoy the other day, and as non oiler this sounded like something that *shouldn't* interfere with its fit with the turret but still curious how they'll get it interference free.

Playing devil's advocate, if the lack of "charm" from HUR towards analysts has not endeared them to institutions, logic would suggest that the SP if anything is slightly lower than it perhaps could/should be?

Just looking at windy.com - if an extra 30cm above the magic 2metres is acceptable then buoy hookup window looks ok until 1700 tomorrow. AM about 120nm away? av 8knots? arrival around 0600?
