If we have dilution, then provided that is proportionally linked to.increased ownership, then fine.

All other permutations think have been discussed. The two key points are

1) Atlantic and mIIF want the mine built.

2) doe elevra and are they stalling for cash flow reasons.

It seems from the update Atlantic will push on with the compensation and re-location. This will trigger cash calls, and hopefully bring a MIIF director to the table.

It provides revenue and experience for future lithium mines.

They act as a barrier between political agendas and investment.

They can acts as a powerful influence on delivery, voting and sub contractors.

They see the books, not just a report back to the treasury on taxes.

Then technically Atlantic can dilute them, and even the 50 percent offtake. Try get that on a ship, in a government controlled dock.
