If they hadn’t said non dilutive to their shareholders or possible to get government funding for Tennessee, the. It would be debt, raise, offtake and go.

They can do a 180 on that stance mind you 😂

Spot on, hence I believe an OEM may sweep in for the full lot or elevras share.

It’s technically what they could do up until ratification. hence now they are up against it, they can’t pay for MOBLAN, never mind Tennessee etc. from NAL alone.

They can’t walk as too much revenue and tonnage at risk, especially with Li prices where they are. As for cash they have enough to fund the 1st 70 million currently, or demonstrate they have it in the bank.

I can see them leveraging the six million as a delaying tactic or they are, as they really need to get their house in orde. However realistically they can’t go on much longer using that, as elevra are tight against it in many ways.

As one feeds into the other, depending upon where the budget is coming from/allocated, staged approach etc. then to me it’s them getting their act together really and the clock is ticking.

The Atlantic Lithium Board appointed Canaccord Genuity and HopgoodGanim Lawyers to assist it with its assessment of the Proposal and entered into exclusive discussions and provided due diligence to the potential suitor (being an entity not otherwise associated with Atlantic Lithium), in relation to the Proposal.

@RamonM the company announced it, as “ an entity not known to Atlantic Lithium previously”. Or words to that effect.

So may permutations, Elevra could bundle ewooya with Tennesee and sell as well.

On takeovers:

I see OEMs and Downstream players making a takeover prior to FID (securing supply). Question is will they want the whole cake, elevras 22% and Atlantics?

Major Miners wanting to be after FID with financials secured.

A hybrids with OEM downstream/Atlantic possible could happen at phase 2.

Positively it’s seems standard Lithium takeovers are about 60-100 percent of the share price. So if it goes that way and we get to 20-25, then not all bad.

Me? I don’t expect an updated DFS, just updated headline figures, and maybe some form of presentation. DFS stage has moved onto FEED etc. so a an update on the figures and an actual overview of approach. Is kinda what I expect next.
