I totally agree, you’re saying this is a great risk vs reward. Risk reduced as it seems bottom/support in, reward Assore or another waiting to take us over. Not anywhere near as volatile as the rest of the market. Total got you here spot on.

Optimisation will confirm IRR and baseline for FID, the shallow reserves leveraged for a faster payback and IRR (especially dog leg) quicker return in 24 months, and increasing Li price increases asset value.

So Longstate out next week or so, optimisation clarifies the true value, price increase, phase 3 offtake sets target for sp increase, FID takes us into the last leg and this basically goes from here, 20,25, 30 plus and Assore in at say 45-50p offer.

Well add solid state lithium batteries into the mix, they use 35% more lithium.

Not even sure if that is built in yet, as they won’t mass produce for another year or so.

The quality of spudomene comes into play here, as sulphur jumps you need to refine better quality lithium (sc6), not lepidolite as I thinks it’s about 6 x more sulphur to refine low grade lepidolite etc.

Check back I think I posted on this. China gets like 40-50 percent of its sulphur from the Middle East. Normally it puts restitution in as it’s needed for fertiliser as well as EVs.

Basically battery prices may well increase, due to this.
