An off-book trade of 650,000 shares was recorded on 7 April at 16:34:00, exactly matching the daily release target and confirming active liquidation.

Recovery Target:

To reach the 16.79p average by July, the stock must average approximately 17.13p for the remainder of the period (May, June, and July).

Financial Risk:

If the final 80-day average remains below 16.79p, Atlantic Lithium will likely owe a cash adjustment back to Long State from the deferred £2 million

As we know a major tried to skip the queue in January, and take it all/us over.

Phase2 is showing aggressive bidders, and options, or a company has tabled another all or nothing that is extremely tempting.

I am assuming if we are kept in the dark much longer that only one or two things have happened, and both will have NDAs.

1) offtake phase 2, some aggressive bids being negotiated from several companies, or a company has made a highly aggressive offer to secure all the offtake before stage 3.

2) a company has again came in to take us over.

I think elevra have just sat on the fence watching to be honest. if we couldn’t get it over the line they could have stepped in or found another partner.

Elevra also know that a company wanted all our offtake/takeover, thus aware their is a big player with LI demand waiting in the wings, that they can sell to.

Not a bad position to be in for them.

neil Herbert isn't necessarily "anti-Assore," but he is pro-valuation. He wants to force Assore to either:

Pay a much higher premium (likely 45p–60p+) to take the company private.

Or Assore Stay as a minority partner while a big Western offtaker provides the prestige and market link,

How can he achieve this, the partner takes equity, funds cotes, puts money up for JV in cotes.

If they take equity, then it has to be a lot higher than the 33p Assore has paid, blocking Assore.
