it’s on their actual Ewooya website, you know the elevra Ewooya project. Elevra Published the update for all to see.

It’s in their quarterly update, they are running a call to cover their updatee from March the 23rd on April the 23rd!

They have updated what they are meant to update and notified stakeholders etc.

They said they won’t pay 6 million back in December cause it wasn’t ratified! You know the milestone part.

On funding:

6 million ain’t a lot, when they are on the hook for 250 (nal) and 724 million (moblan).

We really are pocket change compared to that.

So elevra, have 1 billion in the piipeline to build out, and if they can’t build a 185 million mine, and lose an entire lithium region in Africa. Or worse get out manoeuvred by a junior.

For them the worse case maybe us saying, we have can sell 100 percent of the offtake. We have offers in our bid room just now.

I would say our chairman’s isn playing a good game of chess so far. Keeping everyone guessing and reviewing the deals.

They have many options on the table, which are getting laid on the table.

We don’t know currently if offtake is a % of life of mine deal, but we will know shortly if all the deals put forward would cover us building the mine without elevra.

We also know 2 x companies wanted 100 percent of our offtake.

It’s soley owned by green metal reaoures, which Atlantic Lithium own.

Elevra do not get anything other than the 22.5 percent in Ewooya , if they don’t stump up 70 million.

Which they now have to do with ratification.

Likewise with everything else we have rights for in Ghana.

Keep in mind ewooya is restricted to only 46km we have another 400km we own solely in Ghana alone.

@5toamillion Cotes is strategic for us, 1sr the sampling had to be done, 2ndly by openly removing cotes from offtaker discussions it leaves it up to the offtakers to bring it in as a sweetener to the main deal.

I.e. we will take offtake and provide x for drilling cotes as long as we get 1st right of refusal.

@ceejay101 woeth noting though, NAL extension is now a staged/phased process. Funding split, largest funding element circa 155 million due 2028.

So roughly when we should hopefully be ramping up. Odd that eh!

He knows the Ghanaian government, under zing they purchased Ackyem Gold in Ghana (1 billion) , and under CATL subsidiaries they have Lithium exploration near Atlantics in Cotes.
