Secondly a poster on here the other day said that if the accounts are not done, then no AGM can go ahead .

And thirdly why we would we vote Atom back in when it appears he knew about all the issues but has also posted RNS that didn’t happen.

He’s also had 5 months to get this out of suspension, which he hasn’t done.

So on his past record please tell us why we should vote for Tom ?

I tried to tell Affrrm several times that Tom was not doing anything to help us .

Every single CEO is in it for themselves, if we benefit then happy days.

But at the end of the day they do it for themselves.

Its the 11th hour and I feel all we can do is hope and pray it comes good for us

The time to call an EGM, get new directors, finance etc isnt going to happen over night.

I have been in this position before.

I have created an EGM, I have removed the board members of a plc. I have put other people in the company to run it.

Do you really know how much time and effort goes into something like this and the costs ?

it is a lot of time and effort, and they is costs depending on how you really want to go about it.

Next is who are you going to put in charge ?

what are their credentials, what do they know, when are you going to call an EGM ?

How long do you think this company has got left before it closes the doors ?

What will be left ?

its a huge undertaking and one that has many issues.

I hope if you really want to go down this route, the person or persons are fully up to speed with everything and all personnel in place before you start with your actions .

from your post, its looking like to me, that Lunn has forced himself on to the Board, due to the $4m loan.

it looks like to me, that Lunn thought his loan may be slipping away with the internal mess of the company and hes forced himself on to the board to see if he can salvage his money.

And to be fair I would have done the same.

what we dont know is which way this is going to go.

will Lunn take all the assets in payment for his loan, or will he try and get everything back on trak and get PPP to pay the loan back.

its looking more and more likely that we are in the lap of the gods and its not looking good for us.

Did the FD pass away due to all the stress and strain of all this ?

Tom and DL are accountable for all this mess as they fully knew what mess the company was inn, yet they still issured RNS and gave us false hopes

You can not just slap on a winding up order as you please.

You have to follow procedures and time has to be given before you can put a winding up order in any company.

So both Tom and DL knew what was happening.

As you say the winding up order may have been submitted after the RNS but the BOD would have known the actions had already started

We read RNS’s in good faith, but all too often now, we are being lied to and mislead, this needs to stop. The LSE needs to address this is it now is getting out of control.

What is the point in investing if we can’t trust or believe what the directors are telling us.

I am sure there are many other companies in the last 12 months that have acted similar.

The LSE has to start acting on these companies to make a point to the ones still operating.

Too many directors with their snouts in the trough taking huge salaries while us hard working tax payers are funding their lifelines at our costs

What makes my blood boil, is that this deal with GV and everything else that has been RNS’d in the last 6 months has all been done by Tom knowing all the crap and problems this company had.

I started to get a feeling something wasn’t right in mid August I think.

But my comments on here and the TG got me hated and abused by so many.

The accounts was the biggest red flag.

The excuses were amature and not believable.

Then the no shows of work on the sites.

I am not sure of Lunns intentions, nor do I know if this will survive.

What I do feel is, there is a massive amount of work that needs to be addressed.

If all the T’s can be crossed and all the i’s dotted is one thing but then there’s the money needed.

Lunn may wave the white flag and pick up the pieces privately.

We are in the lap of the gods, but all you posters who have attacked people on here who have posted respected messages need to take a good hard luck in the mirror.

None of us knew at the end of July what was to unfold at that moment t in time. So we are all innocent. But Tom and DL did.

If there is going to be any actions by any Pi’s I feel it can only be action with the London city police in regard of mismanagement of the company by the directors and any potential fraud.

But with the news now about the winding up order, that was given to the company earlier this year and other debts, along with lack of revenue, and ownership questions.

It is seriously obvious why the accountants have not been done and signed off.

There is no way the accountants would put their name to this, otherwise they would be in serious trouble.

The missing bank statements was one very big lie.

Tom has orchestrated this to try and resolve past issues.

Obviously he has failed to do so.

But the lies he’s created has now left a lot of investors that may loose a serious amount of money in this debacle he has created.

He and DL needs to be made accountable.

As for Lunn. Well he’s brought out a lot truth we needed to hear.

But whether this may survive is debatable.

The city police needs to be brought in and investigate the company and put a stop to directors doing this and walking away Scott free.

Oxfords products are not validated by any government authority.

This is why the NHS can not buy their products.

It is co only Oxford who is saying it’s 93%

They are always going to struggle to sell the products, and st the seriously high price it is, they are struggling.

Last RNS stated they are selling 2 tests from each product and that’s from the whole of America and the UK.

So the company had winding up orders placed on them from early 2024

Yet Evans has done deals knowing all this information.

No doubt he will deny and say that guy who died kept everything away from them.

He still told us rigs are on their way knowing what upheaval was in the company

Totally mislead the markets,

This has to stop otherwise the LSE will have zero credibility

It is time directors are made accountable for the misery it is bringing to investors loosing their hard earned money investing on lies.
