I’ve noticed this last couple of weeks

A marked decline of advertising or posts from Oxford on LinkedIn and Twitter

I think the reality here is, something is seriously wrong.

Deal in July hasn’t materialised

Lenigrass resigns

RNS in October saying one rig exiting to start within weeks.

That hasn’t happened

Accounts not done

Poor websites

What money is left in the bank ?

The hardened believers in this group need to really grow up and look at all this carefully

The BOD know the feelings of shareholders, but do nothing.

There is something seriously wrong going on and they haven’t got the balls to inform us

Again I ask

what is your agenda ?

An EGM is counter productive

Whoever are the ones creating the EGM will not be able to do diddly squat .

The BOD can pull the plug or do various things if they want .

The only thing is here. It is clear to see that we’ve been lied to.

The markets and shareholders have been mislead.

The RNS speak for themselves

The BOD are fully aware that we shareholders are angry with lack of comms, but they still leave us in the dark.

Steve you have not got a clue about how it all works, implications, costs or problems it causes.

Did someone from the telegram group say Tom was aware of comms and said it wasn’t ideal ?

Your wasting your time

In fact time is against all of us

We do not know the health of the company

If they switch the lights off, you will all be wasting your time and money

Yes that’s fair comment.

But we need the right RNS on return otherwise it will tank and dilution will be much more than we’d like

If this does come back

There has to be another funding round, money in bank must be very low

Every businesses accounts are done by external accountants

Excuses are pitiful

IMO the accounts are not the problem.

But they will be the longer this goes on.

If no revenue is being generated, then the money they allegedly recieved in August will be gone.

If so the accountants will not sign the company off as a going concern.

The debarcle by the BOD has a double edged sword.

IMO

The accounts and excuses surrounding them, is utter Tosh.

Their is something bigger that’s the cause here and accounts are being used as the excuse to hide

twice ive mentioned not to go down the legal route.

obviously you are not listening.

so please tell me what you think a legal team can do.

what you are wanting to achieve.

the costs associated with this and who is going to pay for it.

I over saw an EGM in a previous company.

My experience is not to go down this road.

Absolutely no point getting a lawyer involved.

What wil be, will be now.

The best is to keep fingers crossed and hope a rabbit can get pulled out of the bag
