Burrows has the run up to Xmas to find funding.

If he could have he would have done this weeks ago.

He clearly hasn’t, so for me the writing is on the wall.

Once Xmas is upon us, nothing will happen over the period, then we are into January.

Burrows said money will have run out by early Q1, that’s January !!!

There is no way any person / company is going to fund Oxford for £5-10m

Sales up to last RNS is well below what is needed.

Wages of senior directors is laughably high.

These 2 points will be scrutinised by the lender and I don’t know how burrows can defend.

Other points are : -

When does Oxford believe sales will sustain the company and in the mean time will another company bring a better cheaper test to market.

They need money urgently, by their own admission they need funding but early 1st quarter

Theve done the rounds and they can’t raise any money otherwise it would have RNS some time ago.

They must be on fumes and insolvency very close if not there already

Can’t see this getting to Xmas

After misleading the markets, the stupidity in how he has run this company, I really do hope they throw the book at the conceited arrogant man.

The rest of the board need a grilling as well for letting him take the company down this path

The facts

Need another £20m over the next couple of years

Need 1000 test sales per month to sustainability

Who are going to lend them any money when the wages for the BOD are so much.

Who is going to lend them any money when they see how they have operated this last couple of years.

Combined sales of both tests are about 120/150 per month as of last RNS.

How long before they get to 1000 per month ? And can they achieve this figure ?

The accounts have been held back on purpose.

My feeling is, the deal with GV has been sorted.

They now can inform us what is happening.

Now this has been sorted, the accounts can be finalised.

This needed extra money and to prove to the accountants, PPP is a going concern.

This has now been done and money has come from a friend / acquaintance.

To take at 12p a share, the friend must have had a decent upbeat info of the possibilities of the company.

He wants to double his money at the very least.

I now believe an RNS giving us a road map will come with the suspension being lifted,

I also believe Monday or Tuesday is a strong possibility

That's about £6.500 ?

Is he on about £500k a year ?

If so about £42k a month

So he makes out that they will take shares as wages because money is dwindling.

He’s still taking the lion share of his wages in money
