That’s the problem with all shares but some ppp posters have been particularly nasty on here.

A healthy debate is always needed rather than very one sided by blinkered people.

I’ve green boxed many so not sure who has posted suspension dates to be lifted.

But having spoke to another poster on here, we feel anything is possible from mid Jan onwards.

I’d be disappointed if we don’t come out of suspension by the end of the month

If Evans would have done this placing in early August

He would have got a better price and deal and it would have been easier to achieve then than now and prob got a better price as well in the auction.

All this could have been achieved much quicker and simpler months ago and we would have been out of suspension now.

So the money that Evans raised in August was just to pay his wages etc

He’s blatantly took us for mugs, raised money for himself without trying to sort out the financial mess he’s put the company in.

So that £600k has been totally wasted it seems

I notice no ex directors will recieve any monies so the anger is still there.

Something clearly is still not right and it seems Lunn still means business with TE & DL

No concept of what is going on.

No realisation of how much mess this company is in.

I don’t think any shareholder has to defend their choice of share.

All too often now. The ceo puts RNS out describing events and plans.

We have invested in the ( truthful ) RNS’s .

Shareholders in many shares now are loosing hard earnt money on false news. These CEO’s now must be made accountable otherwise people will be too frightened to buy shares in companies because of the fraudulent activity which we seem to have here.

The London city police need to step up and stop this activity with hard actions and sentences.

I really hope someone files a complaint.

It’s a pity we can’t go after the wealth of these CEO’s

The company seems to be made up of lies & deciept.

It appears Tom Evans has tried to make deals to overcome previous issues.

The previous issues have not been resolved and it’s all grinding to a halt.

The million dollar question is, can it be resolved ?

I’m not sure who you are, but you are very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of Evans and Lunn.

They both seem to be entangled in a previous web of deciept.

The facts are they for everyone to see with their previous directorships together.

But for Lunn to openly point the finger at Evans and to suggest illegal wrong doings seems to strengthen the case for Lunn to stay in charge

I wouldn’t be surprised if some litigation proceedings start being past around.

This is all getting very messy.

TE is not innocent by any means.

He’s put out false RNS’s for sure.

He’s been aware or all this mess.

It’s a complete mess and TE & DL have been running this company for a while.

Between them, they have done all the deals and run this company for quite some time.

I suspect Lunn is angry at the fact he’s had no money and that’s why he’s forced himself on to the board.

If he’s forced off I don’t think he will be bothered providing he gets his money

He will be as ruthless as he can

Looking at the latest RNS.

The audit is not expected to be finished until the first quarter of 2025 with the consolidated management accounts only being recently completed. This was delayed due to lack of available financial information regarding the US subsidiaries.

so reading this, would I be right in thinking, the accounts have not been completed due to US subsidiaries and nothing to do with lost bank statements ?

I used to follow the RAC rally in the early 80s, going to clumber park and watching michelle mouton in the Audis etc.

I want to know

Why did DL resign ?

Why and who brought Lunn on to the board ?

Why did TE resign

I want to know what Lunns plans are or what he’s proposing

I want to know what TE plans are and what he’s proposing

I want to know all the issues the company has and how it can be rectified and time scales

And until I’m satisfied with all the above being answered, no one is getting my vote
