We are being told someone is interested, but how true is it ?

We was told last week that the auction was being extended because some investors couldn’t participate due to the holiday period.

Well that appears to be total crap .

So is there an investor lurking in the background?

All I know is that the accountants can not sign the accounts off unless it can be proved the company has enough money in the bank to trade for several months or more and that it won’t go bust in the short term, otherwise the accountants are responsible

Non of the information was public knowledge when the auction was first set up.

So if there was enough investors to purchase the shares, they would have been sold in the first round.

Nobody wanted them because it’s got so much crap surrounding it.

i don’t know lunn, dosent appear to have good honest credentials but i feel he is the only chink of light we have of getting our money back.

What people need to think about, is the BOD has never given one thought to shareholders.

Burrows and the rest of the board have systematically crushed this company with their business acrimon.

At no point have they given a toss about us.

And even now, they are not keeping this company alive for our benefit, they are doing it for themselves and their salary.

There is absolutely zero value left in this company .

Burrows is a disgrace.

A serious arrogant person who has lined his pockets at our expense.

Just done some quick maths.

the epi cirt test is selling 2.6 tests per day now. not much different than before, pretty much the same. so no improvement on sales at all since september.

Epi switch PSE test is now doing 4.5 a day, up aprox 2 a day since september., for the whole of GB and North America that is not great,

Burrows claimed by end of december last year, he wanted 1ooo tests a day combined, now achieving 210 per month.

800 tests a month short on his predictions.

there is a glaring problem that the BOD is refusing to accept.

is it due to the fact the tests are two expensive ?

is it due to the inability to promote the product by the sales team ?

or is it due to the fact its not been validated ?

or a combination of all 3. ?

staff wise the company is seriously over managed and the staff need to be reduced by 70/80 %

this company has no future unless these fundamentals can be addressed, and then with new techniques coming out that will be cheaper, I find it seriously hard to see this company being a viable concern

So funding seems to be sorted for the time being and a lifeline thrown

I’ve just noticed on LinkedIn, that Oxford are promoting and advertising.

Now why would they be bothered if the company was going to pull the roller shutter down.

Is that a sign they are still very much in business and there is light at the end of the tunnel ?

There is 2 scenarios running at the moment for me.

1, the management are taking this to the very last £1 in the bank, getting their wages right up to the very end and milking it dry

2, they are working on some sort of deal/takeover

I’m struggling to see it going over 10p considering they couldn’t sell the shares in the first round

Also wouldn’t be suprised to see something about not all shares being sold

And a fancy explanation about doing a deal with the ones they couldn’t sell at a later date with a higher price

Don’t think it’s going to be a straight forward sell of all the 8m shares.

The sale of so many plus a fancy deal of some sort on the rest

There is some value in the IP but how much is debatable considering it’s not validated.

I also note. We haven’t had any updates on sales.

So if sales were good they’d be posting and letting the world know.

That alone dosent bode well.

And yes, I really do hope the regulators look into the ongoing if the company
