All RNS from Evans since July have been lies

He knew all the time he was doing those deals he couldn’t make them happen.

So why did he create them ?

We’ve invested on those RNS, Evans should be made culpable.

The TG can not defend these actions, but they still keep ramming it down our throats that Evans is the man to lead this back again.

It’s got no assets, it owes million to various companies, it dosent appear to have any money in the bank.

Money raised in suspension was prob needed to keep running the company.

It can’t get the accounts signed off.

It appears that some previous directors may have re allocated funds elsewhere ( hoping to see what’s happened here )

Possibly the company may get taken over by global ( how does that value our shares, or what will happen to them ? )

So Affrrm you say it’s a £100m , how do you value and get to this figure ?

You keep repeating major talks are happening behind closed doors, since August, but again you provide no evidence

Why would a CEO of a PLC talk to a small time investor, that he’s never met before , telling him inside information that is confidential. What makes a complete stranger tell you of his inside leg measurements?

But each day brings more data, more information, more patents. More value.

At some be point a BP will make a bid. If no other BP is interested, it will be sold .

Other wise a bidding war will begin and a true value will be found.

Yes a head scratcher as to the whole platform valuation.

We still have one more drug to add to the other on coming test.

Plus no doubt there are other drugs they can utilise.

I think as time is ticking more data is revealing more fascinating information.

I also think the scientists are tweaking the makeup possibly on a daily basis to get the best results and that will continue.

It would be nice to get a deal tommorrow, but as time goes by and the data becomes more, then so the value goes up.

Avacta seems to have engineered a breakthrough in understand fap where others are still struggling.

Each time Avacta applies for patent rights. The other BP have to stop because AVACTA has beaten them to the line.

And as Avacta keeps finding out more, AVACTA will be owning FAP completely.

AVACTA is several years in front of everyone right now.

They own the platform to FAP and no one can get close.

Each approved patent makes the job even harder for any BP to get close to AVCATA

What valuation would you put on the whole precision platform ?

All the Auditors are interested in, is that the company is a going concern and has funding in place for several months or more, and is not close to bankruptcy.

for me,

if there is money in the companies bank account, I would have said the accounts could be signed off.

accountants need to be assured there is enough money for the company to keep operating for the foreseable future.

so if they do indeed have circa £780,000 in the account, then why cant the accounts be signed off ?

each day that goes by, costs the company money. plus they can not generate any money.

so delaying the company coming out of suspension is costing them heavely .

so if its not a monetry problem, then what is it ?

if they have money they can pay companies that they owe money to, so that they can resume drilling.

for me nothing makes sense why they have cancelled AGM and bringing accounts up to date other than they do not have money

The RNS in early July

Since then we’ve found out they were all lies

All the crap has come about since suspension

No one was to know anything until after suspension

This company is worth £0

No assets

No money

No acerage

Owe £millions to various companies

Really really struggling to see this coming back

Since the 1st August the company has raised £780,000

Where has that money gone ?

A couple of RNS to say work will commence, but hasn’t .

Affrrm states satellite images shows work in progress and oil being pumped, but no proof .

The company has no assets, contrary to what Affrrmm states.

Affrrm stars the company has 25 ,000 acres but again no proof

Looks like the company owes large amounts of money to various companies, which has to be paid or agreements in place before work can commence.

Accountants won’t sign the accounts off until most of the above has been sorted and money in the bank to prove its sustainability over the short term.

Potential finisncial issues of money filtering into the wrong bank accounts to be addressed

Well apart from the above, I think it’s a great little company . Not !

Who wants to get involved in that mess ?

And what’s the chance of the BOD sorting that out
