This company is on the edge of the Abyss.

It’s been suspended 6 months. For 4 months Evans did nothing but posted RNS that simply were not achievable due to the on going legal issues of the past.

Evans knew all about these, but still tried to confuse the markets into thinking what he was doing was good for the company and its share holders.

Lunn has forced his way in. As I believe he knew quite a bit of the companies issues.

With out these past issues being resolved the company was not going to survive.

Lunn has $4m at stake, hence why he’s forced his way in.

He needs this company out of suspension, past issues resolved and the company earning revenue again to ensure he gets some or or all of his money back.

If we follow him then there’s a good chance we will get our money back

Follow Evans and you won’t.

That’s why I’m voting yes to all 5 resolutions

The latest R&D spotlight was perhaps the strongest message the company has sent out to date.

After 45 days the tumours progressed with standard treatment , but did not with AVA6103 and they are seeing similar results in patients after being dosed with AVA6000.

If no investor can see this, then they don’t want to see it.

Leave your shares in the bottom drawer.

It will happen, and maybe sooner than we think.

Work to commence shortly after thanksgiving, that hasn’t happened.

3 fund raisers since early August, where’s the money and what was it spent on ?

Work commencing early August, that didn’t happen.

Contracts signed but legally can’t move forward until payments made to various companies and people.

And Evans knew about them all.

So why did he negotiate all these contracts if he knew they couldn’t happen,

What did Evans stand to gain through all these RNS ?

If there are skeletons in the closets, is Evans wanting to come back in so he can cover them up ?

Why did Evans resign but now wants back in ?

I really do hope we get an RNS to let us know what is going off.
