No 5, what experiance do they have of running a PLC and what experiance do they have in the oil industry and what experiance have they in the oil fields in Texas ?.

Before anyone decides to vote NO, I think you should have a very hard look at some of the answers to my questions above, and ask yourselves, can who ever wants to take over, fill the criteria of the above.

I’ve been and seen so many companies like this.

It’s been badly run, by directors that seemed to have benefited much more than the shareholders.

Past and present directors seem to know each other very well, both as being sinless colleagues or on a personal basis.

Lunn wants his money back, period !

And like delta says, he will possibly issue many shares to pay himself back.

The business is not a very good one, can’t produce enough oil to make it pay.

No assets as such and has many debts.

How this will survive without yes vote is anyone’s guess.

If you don’t vote yes , and it does implode you loose the lot.
