RE: Very very difficult decision yes or no26 Jun 2025 00:11
Ok
so this is a page made by the moron brigade, trying to get people to vote against the resolutions.
i think thats made me more determined to vote yes.
if the no voters win. it could very well go into liquidation.
the morons simply have no idea how they are going to take the company over,
First of all.
How much do you think they will need to find, to get all the creditors paid off ?
secondly, where will the money come from ?
Thirdly, what will the person stumping up the money want in return for his money ? shares ?
fourthly, which persons are going to put their names forward, to be directors in this company ?
No 5, what experiance do they have of running a PLC and what experiance do they have in the oil industry and what experiance have they in the oil fields in Texas ?.
Before anyone decides to vote NO, I think you should have a very hard look at some of the answers to my questions above, and ask yourselves, can who ever wants to take over, fill the criteria of the above.
I`d also like to point out, That any credible conversations that some of the more intellectual people on this chat group have had all their posts removed by the moron mob, because they dont like or want to agree with anything that can be factual.
Also think.
when ever any poster has asked any of the moron group to answer any respectable question, none can do it !!!!!
not one single person can post a sensible answer to any decent question some of us has asked.
i`m also pretty sure this post will get removed simply because the moron group wont like it.
So to the YES shareholders.
You are being dictated to, by a group of people that simply can not grasp the scale or complexity, time frames, legalities or financials of what this company needs to survive, nor will they try and give us any solid information, as how they will achieve their take over.
You are being told nothing execpt to trust them.
your putting alot of trust in people, you simply dont know.
why would anyone vote for something, that they have no idea of their next move.
Vote yes and you will get some of your money back, and a dam site quicker that voting no, with no certain future it may ever come back.
