This EGM has been boasted about since November last year .

Affrrmm has been bleating on this chat since then that an EGM is imminent, and we are still waiting.

Proof that the idiot knows nothing.

There isn’t a single person on this chat that knows the ins and outs of what is actually happening with this company.

No director of any company will talk of anything business related to a numpty shareholder who thinks he’s got muscle and might.

It just does not happen.

The only thing that can happen is if an EGM is called.

But they need to have a clear plan on how to get this business up and running again, otherwise it’s a waste of time.

Most plc companies that have shareholders create an EGM, normally implode and cease trading.
