Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
It’s been a great week, not only for the shareprice but for the fight against cancer.
I’m hoping we may get some news on Thursday. if the previous patients mentioned in the agm from cohorts 2. 3 and 4 are still recieving treatments and if patients from cohorts 5 & 6 are still receiving treatment
It would be very interesting to know

The upcoming data from previous cohorts and possibly some of cohort 7 will be fascinating to see.
I believe they included the soft sarcoma patient on purpose to see what effaccy may be seen, and I also think they will include one or two more in this cohort.
Reason being, due to now missing P1b I think this will give them a better insight on how to proceed with dose levels and days / weeks between doses

The $1.5b per annum sales are just from Europe and North America.
Sales from the rest of the world are not included in your calculations so it may be much higher than that.
But I’d say at least your predications yes
My thoughts is MTD hasn’t been found yet.
They may have an idea, but how I’m looking at it.
Is I think at least 2 doses have been given so far.
Possibly 3 !!
If by the 2nd dose MTD had been found then we would have had an RNS and the trial stopped.
We haven’t so, Either dose number 3 is going to be given or it has already.
That will be 954mg of AVA6000 administered in this cohort

I’ve known C2H for over a year now.
I speak in the phone to him most weekends. Yes he is very much a doctor.
I brought Avacta to his attention several weeks ago due to the fact his sister was in late stage breast cancer.
He buried her 2 weeks ago, now shut TFU
He hasn’t had the stomach to look into this much and that’s why.
Sorry to all other posters but it had to be said
Hi C2H5OH
AS did say in the AGM podcast, That after the cohorts are finished in this trial.
Avacta will share all the data in much more detail about all the information they have achieved through this trial.
I`m pretty sure it will be very comprehensive.
If Tintra gets re listed, then bet your bottom dollar it will make you a pretty penny.
we Just have to hope RS has got our backs covered.

We must also realise that even if the exact same dose of AVA6000 is given over the same number of cycles of standard doxorubicin
A far greater % of the doseage of AVA6000 will be absorbed by the tumour thus giving a greater effacy .
A larger dose over a longer period should be even better.
AS said in the agm podcast that standard of care today is a very small hurdle to over cone !!!
It’s mind boggling what is going to be achieved shortly
Hi DonaldTrumpwig
your comment :-
Yes, we have to complete P1b to meet regulatory compliance however we mustn’t forget that efficacy is already confirmed because, as the saying goes, dox will be dox.
I think efficacy was confirmed when Alastair said,
Several patients from previous cohorts are still recieving treatments and their cancers haven`t progressed. !!!
These are terminally ill patients that have had their cancers halted. To what extent I do not know, but I really do hope we get more info about these patients when we get results from cohort 6
