when I did my EGM with a company many moons ago, I think we had to give the shareholders 21 days notice but it may be 14, I just cant remember.

which ever it is, we certainly have to be notified, so there isnt one coming for at least 14 or 21 days from monday.

I think if I remember correctly, someone can call an EGM providing they can prove they have at least 10% of the shares form various holders .

again things may have changed and it was a long time ago so dont rely on this as gospel.

They haven’t a clue what they are doing.

The TG has been blowing hot air for nearly a year now.

They have no direction, no money, no new leaders no anything .

They are a complete joke led by the biggest joker.

They just want their old company back with no extra shares.

The reality is it’s in a mess and massive dilution is coming if this gets out of suspension

That’s a fact which they don’t want or want to accept

The reality is

The company has no assets and huge debts.

Delta has many times. Asked for proof that PPP has the acreage .

No one has given proof they have.

The oil wells are virtually dry. Each well will only produce aprox 20 barrells per day once the initial has been emptied.

The company can not produce enough oil to make it worth while.

If it would have been a very lucrative company there would have been people knocking the door down to invest.

It’s not.

The company is financially in a mess.

Legally it’s in a mess and its whole business structure is in a mess.

And that’s why after a year it’s still suspended.

Money is what they don’t have

And money is what they need desperately

The whole debacle of this company evolves around money.

The whole reason why the accounts have not been published is because there’s a lack of money.

There’s definitely no money in the bank for this company’s accounts to be signed off as a going concern.

That’s a fact.

It dosent take over 12 months for an accountant to sort out the accounts.

The next 6 monthly accounts could have been completed and so could this year’s accounts be completed.

There’s no revenue and very little if any expenditures, so they are easily done.

Why haven’t they ? Is there enough money to pay the accountants for these last 2 ?

I suspect not.

All the accountants can not be signed off because of lack of money,

So it’s a fact there’s no money in the bank or enough for the day to day running of the company.

If this does come back and I’m highly sceptical it will.

There will be huge dilution to create the funds needed for this to resume.

Now how long will this post stay on here before Affrrm and the TG start to throw a wobbler and have this removed because it dosent align with their narrative !!!

End of year results should be published next week.

But they won’t because there’s no money

We are waiting for 3 sets of accounts.

We will have a pathetic excuse for the reasons why not.

I think you’re referring to an EGM not AGM.

We have been bombarded by Affrrm since November about plans, calling for an EGM what the TG will do etc etc etc.

This chat is morally controlled by the TG.

It is engineered so that posts are removed to suit their agenda and narrative.

Affrrm goes into meltdown if new posters or any poster has different views.

And yet in over 7 months of asking, we have had no proof of anything that Affrrm and the TG tell us what is happening behind closed doors.

We have had no proposals or way forward by their group.

But they have vetoed a way back from suspension this company could have done.

It may not have been to many peoples likening, but it was a way back and a way of getting some of our money back.

This now has the potential to collapse as a company and for shareholders to loose everything.

Yet we still have Affrrm dictating to us all is well yet each day goes by with no information, no direction and no belief this will come out of suspension.

Affrrm and the TG are playing god at our expense,

We are being suppressed by immature delinquents that have no leverage on the say of this company but have the ability to cease trading of this company through their stupid actions

I’ve never been involved with a company that has been held to ransom or a chat board like this one

now i’m not sticking up for him.

but while the tg throw sticks at him, i want to know what the alternative is ?
