He’s tried to auction 8m shares, but failed because this company is in a mess and no one wants to invest because they are unsure they will get there money back.

He’s highlighted problems in the company that we didn’t know about .

He’s bringing in legal to see if funds can be recovered from Evans etc

He’s created an AGM

Evans did nothing apart from lying in RNS and giving false hopes

What more can Lunn do when the share is suspended and looks like it’s on the edge of an abyss ?

I believe Evans was going to take the company into bankruptcy to cover any of his wrong doings.

Then none of us would see our money again

At least Lunn is trying to salvage the company and if it does then you can get some or all of your money back

Lunn has done alot in 4 weeks compared to Evans in 4 months

Whether you like Lunn or not, there is no other person that can get this mess back trading again.

You have to keep your fingers crossed and except where we are, no choice !

That’s correct, but on top of that, exatecan and other chemos that Avacta will bring into the pipeline will add the that market massively

As of the last RNS, Dox may be used for other tumour targets.

The market for Avacta will be huge.

I almost want Avacta to stay independent, but it will be bought out., it hasn’t got the financial clout of the big boys

Being the CEO he was aware of all issues previous years.

If the FD was dodgy then Evans would know about it.

He is up to his neck in it just like the FD if that was the case.

I believe Evans was going to run the company into the ground to cover his tracks .

After all the only reason the company is suspended is due to the accounts.

So the above from the RNS today clearly seems to point the finger, that certain monies have left the companies account and gone into their own.

Has the monies gone into Evan’s account, lenigas or the deceased ex FD

Either way the snouts have been in the trough

If they had enough money to run the company then why try and sell 8m shares ?
