I’m guessing there are only 2 people employed by PPP

I’m not sure if they have an office , but I’m guessing not.

I’m sure there will be someone employed as and when to do certain aspects of the business.

I’m presuming Tom has been in American most of the last 6 months, so there’s hotel and air fares and living costs, entertaining etc .

I suspect these costs are are about the biggest PPP will have other than wages.

PPP will have account fees to pay and also LSE costs

This could be circa £250,000 per annum .

RNS are about £700 per post.

At the moment I would think these are about the basic costs, as and when they get bigger or start operating properly these costs should increase

There seems to be an awful lot of armchair business people on this chat.

I firmly believe he’s wanting to RNS everything with good news on drilling etc, but for what ever reason the deal hasn’t been finalised

If we don’t come out of suspension next week, then I’m struggling to see how it can be possible over the Xmas period.

We will then have the added problem of 6 month interim accounts to sort, when full year haven’t been completed.

The total way in which Tom Evans has treated the shareholders is a total disgrace.

We have been mislead. False information, broken promises.

It is looking less likely that this company can keep trading.

No revenue, money dwindling on a daily basis. Partnerships that cannot be honoured.

So am I right in thinking that interim results have to be released before end of December otherwise in theory the company will be suspended .

Obviously we are suspended from 12 month accounts so unless both are done by the end of dec we are doubly stuffed ?
