I feel I’m being realistic.

Since the deal was signed back in July, it’s been a multitude of failed promises.

You can be as optimistic as you want.

But realistically it looks like a real mess and we are not being told the full story !!

Truthful Sales news is what’s needed to see how the company is fairing.

The BOD of directors are a disgrace.

RNS end of July to inform us, contracts signed and work will start early august.

That hasn’t happened !

£600,000 raised, have they recieved it ?

If they have they will need funding again as no revenue has been generated !

Is there enough money in the account, for the accountants to sign off as a going concern ?

If they do get signed off another funding round will be needed, as revenue will not start coming into the company’s bank until min 3 months after first drill starts drilling at the earliest !.

RNS back end of October states they hope drilling started within weeks.

Well that hasn’t happened either..

The credibility of the BOD is a disgrace.

IMO the accounts are not being signed off because the deal has fallen through and it’s in a mess.

The 28th RNS gives the info of waiting of for a rig…..The rig is to produce oil. This will be repeated many times on our sites….. There has been no info that states they are not going through with the fantastic opportunity we have here….That little snippet in that RNS tells you all you need to know….and that was the end of Oct 24….

I suspect you also spoke of nonsense about there’s in July stating contracts signed and drilling to commence in early August.

We now know that was a complete lie, but everyone argued it was the truth !!

It will be the death of the company. There will be no value left for the shareholders , the company will implode and cease to operate.

I would not recommend nor would I participate or give my votes for one.

Unless you understand the implications which you don’t .

The excuse with the accounts and lost bank accounts has been orchestrated, so that what ever issues they have behind closed doors, can be sorted before suspension is lifted.

I don’t believe for one minute the accounts are not completed .

Until either the BOD can prove / assure the accountants that PPP is a going concern, to sign off or PPP are still trying to sort out contracts etc.

The only way I can see this going at the moment is by the way of a CLN deal.

If that happens it will be the final nail in the coffin as very few survive a CLN deal.
