I could be wrong but I think we had a similar play a few weeks ago when the sp moved from circa 80p to over a pound. It seems that BCN Canada has taken over from BCN London and paves the way for new heights

Todays share movement is a mystery for me as I believe the RNS was positive! - In case of TO minimum price 1.30 for each share - FS due before end of 2017 - Transition from explorer to producer - If claim for the 3% successful more money for shareholders

The price for 130p is not for the options but the minimum acceptable price for TO " at an acquisition price of at least 130p per Bacanora share"

NEWS RELEASE BACANORA ANNOUNCES MINING LICENSE ISSUED FOR ZINNWALD LITHIUM PROJECT IN GERMANY BACANORA MINERALS LTD. ("Bacanora" or the "Company") (TSX-V: BCN and AIM: BCN), the Canadian and London listed lithium exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that its jointly controlled entity, Deutsche Lithium GmbH ("Deutsche Lithium"), has been granted a mining licence (the "Licence") covering 256.5 hectares of its Zinnwald Lithium Project ("Zinnwald") which is located in southern Saxony, Germany, close to the key German automotive and downstream lithium chemical industries. The 30 year Licence has been issued by the Saxony State Mining Authority (S�chsisches Oberbergamt) in accordance with �8 of the German Mining Act (Bundesberggesetz). Zinnwald is located in a granite hosted Sn/W/Li belt that has been mined historically for tin, tungsten and lithium. Recent testwork on Zinnwald concentrates has shown that a number of downstream lithium products can be produced from the Zinnwald ores, utilising chemicals and infrastructure available in the Dresden area. As part of the ongoing development of Zinnwald, a Feasibility Study is underway to develop a strategy to demonstrate the economic viability of producing higher value downstream lithium products for the European battery and automotive sectors and is expected to be completed in mid-2019. The following work has been completed or is ongoing:  A resource infill drilling programme to upgrade the existing resource model in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 � Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects o Four of out of 15 planned infill drilling holes have been completed - the remaining holes are scheduled for completion by January 2018  Collection of a 100 tonne bulk ore sample from the legacy mine at Zinnwald to provide samples for metallurgical testwork o Material has been crushed and sent to metallurgical laboratories in Germany o Grinding, magnetic separation and concentration testwork programmes will be carried out over the next four months to develop the final flowsheet to produce a lithium rich concentrate  On completion of the concentration testwork, hydrometallurgical testwork for downstream processing will be undertaken, focusing on the production of higher value lithium battery chemical products Bacanora currently has a 50% interest in, and joint operational control, of the Zinnwald Lithium Project, with an option to acquire the remaining 50% of the Project. I also agree that we wont see the sp bellow 80p even in the event of a new placement. (I actually believe that the sp will soon pass the hurdle of 1 pound and remain above that price) - Recent placings were above 80p - I expect the NPV in the forthcoming BFS to be almost double of that revealed in the PFS because of the huge increase of lithium prices -The need for financing will be mitigated if the discussions for the sale of the Magdalena Borates end successfully. - The high % of holding by IIs. In my opinion now that the risks have been lower by offtake agreement and recent developments ,the offer to these IIs (and hopefully to private investors too!) will be at a much higher price. ("Bacanora" or the "Company") (TSX-V: BCN and AIM: BCN), the Canadian and London listed lithium exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that access and surface rights have been secured for its flagship Sonora Project ("Sonora" or the "Project") in Mexico. This is in line with the Company's strategy to construct an open-pit mine and large-scale beneficiation processing facility at Sonora, which is one of the world's larger deposits. A Feasibility Study ("FS") for a 35,000 tonnes per annum lithium carbonate operation at Sonora is on course for completion in late 2017. The access and surface rights mainly relate to the land area covering mineral resources contained within the La Ventana, Fleur and El Sauz areas. 1M options expire on 22/1/2018 the exercise price is 96p see page 12 of MD&A released 24/10/2017 on sedar.com for more details By that date BFS will have been published and possibly details of financing the mining plant . I expect MH to exercised them even if the BFS is published post 22/1/2018
