In my opinion the synergies of 4 factors contributed to the recent sp fall: 1.Traders sell off 2.The SQM deal with the Chilean Government that spread fears of lithium over supply ( most probably unfounded as the expected huge demand for storage energy will wipe out the extra supply) 3.The delay of the deal with Next View 4.The global stock mini crash The strong fundamentals of BCN have not change and as the effects of these factors wear thin the share price will start a steady recovery. With a selling price bellow 130p not only they will not be making anything but considering the removal of performance bonus provisions of up to �250,000 perhaps they will be in a worst position. The example bellow is an indication of the importance of the acquisition price. With a selling price of say 202p the management will pocket 2.55M pounds and with a price of say 302p 5.1M pounds!! Of course their direct holding will rerate substantially also. So yes the more they make the more we will make. I love it !

Though in Dec presentation BCN states for the ZINNWALD PROJECT "FS underway focused on development of higher value, downstream lithium products expected to take18-24months" I except news to be sooner . - Almost a year since the acquisition (Feb 2017) - Many reports already value the Zinnwald project EUR5B - the results from the additional drilling which are underway in order to make the recource N-43 compliant could be made available any time now and before the FS Once this informatiom is added to the existing good results from Mexico the sp will rise with a bang Regards
