represents circa 19% of outstanding shares. EV already holds 16.4%....
Can't understand why people speak of a 10-bagger potential. We have been .... Most likely EV will take CMRS for a cup of tea.
The fact remains that they knew about the licence at Kalavasos since February (as they admitted in their latest RNS) and they did not inform their investors. Does anybody have the e mail address of the relevant regulating authority?
"Towards the end of February 2022, the Company received a letter from the MOD rejecting the request and, in addition, the MOD imposed a buffer zone around its military installations in the Kalavasos region."No wonder the price never recovered since then but continued falling.... ..Why they did not release an RNS at the time?Does anybody know whether this omission has legal consequences for the company?

Well, the wait will be until they reach the desired VWAP and then they will make their move. Judging from the sp of the last 30days I think it will be sooner than later and it won't be any good for the long-term holders. Well, that's just my opinion.... could be totally wrong.

On 26/5/2022 CMRS announce that "In order to underpin the commitment to the future of Caerus, EV Metals has agreed to make a substantial investment in the Company by way of increasing its present shareholding on terms to be agreed and by providing expertise and guidance through new appointments to the Board of Directors announced today"
Has EVM made that substantial Investment yet? Is the decrease of value of our share price related to this?
EVM is not listed ......
Could it be Malia at Limassol district which is not far from St Nicolas? Both are located near the Arsos /Vasa area. I believe it is, as there was significant historic mine activity in the area.

@maddog38 Averaging down is an option ......but another option is to diversify and put the same amount of money in another investment perhaps with lower risk and potentially higher return that will help to recoup your losses.
By the way I agree with your s price assumptions and totally disagree with the over "optimists" of the forum. It's my view that at the moment, the market values mainly our Investment in EMH & AMAPA and attaches little if any value to our holding in Sonora and Australia.
For me the matter is simple
The market has spoken loud and clear. Our valuation at the time of the placing was circa 20p
Anything else is wishful thinking.
Unfortunately, I believe the market considers primarily our holdings in EMH and AMAPA and gives little value if any to Sonora, Yangibana and our other assets that may or may not be developed/sold, as far as we know NOW, in some time in the unknown future. For EMH the valuation is straight forward. For AMAPA its more complicate. We have the stockpiles whose values can be determined with a good degree of accuracy once we know the total tonnage. But how on earth do you expect the market to value correctly the mine based only on historical data and before a PFS or DFS. If historical data alone - which of course are FANTASIC -were sufficient why the need for a PFS? To get an idea perhaps of the capital requirements and profitability?
Thus, IMO until the PFS is out, our share price will have difficulties breaking the 30p barrier. I could be totally wrong and I hope so, as it will allow me to sell sooner than later and enjoy the fruits of a very long-term investment.
Well said mrcautions. Posters with opposing views have always been treated badly on this BB....even though the market seems to support these conservative views. The price of the recent placing is shining example
Me too TC......
"The Company is mindful of its existing shareholders and wants to give shareholders the opportunity to invest on the same terms as those who have participated in the Placing. Consequently, the Company will shortly be sending a circular to shareholders setting out the terms of an open offer, which will allow existing qualifying shareholders the ability to subscribe for further shares at the Placing Price pro-rata to their existing holdings (the "Open Offer") up to a maximum number of shares to be detailed in the circular."
