@davetherave1 CMRS (Caerus Minerals) but please DYOR. I don't expect bags of gold but a very decent return but then again, I could be totally WRONG... :-)
Fozdog agreed . Fight lost. I send my acceptance as no point selling now after so many months of waiting. The difference of selling now vs acceptances translates to a few thousand for me.
Thank you for your wishes and best luck to you also. I am building a new position too in another explorer with relatively few shares of issue, good prospects IMO and low risk from future dilutions. Of course, there are no guarantees on stock markets
Apparently, (see RNS 3/12/21) Weiss Asset Management LP still holds 16,789,642 shares or 4.37%. and Sand Grove Capital Management LLP 9,349,500 % These holdings can make the difference as far as the 75% threshold is concerned.
Good morning tomcat-14. Your sentiment is still "strong buy". What makes you believe that this is still a good buy after today's RNS ?
To see the potential of this company and related partners just do a simple comparison of the grades of gold and copper of our preliminary findings with other copper and gold explores. Here is one

Does anybody know what the above trade flags mean?
Two of the trades for 390,000 were marked as P LRGS and the other 2 as TNCP (from London Stock Exchange)

as to what we may expect this week? I would expect/demand some feedback from both BCN & GFL. I don't quite understand the rules of TO but I would think that the panel has an obligation to protect shareholders by forcing GFL and/or BCN to provide regular updates regardless of the suspension.
@ Dee12345, Congratulations and thank you for your hard work and efforts to inform & unite retail investors to force GFL to improve their offer.
Unfortunately, the sp is not waiting......
Labs are overwhelmed with samples and there are big delays with results. I now have a substantial paper loss but I am confident that this is a temporary situation that will change once the results are out.
@tomcat-14 In that case the entities bellow control 8.86% of the shares/votes and11% if you include the position of Barclays.
Gamco Investors 1.02%
Sand Grove 2.26%
Weiss Asset Mng 4.26%
Buyer of the shares held by Societe Generale 1.32%
On 3/11/2021 Soc.Gen sold 5.1m BCN shares ( 2,054,000 +3,045,859). Unless I missed it, we never found who the buyers were. Could one of the buyers be GAMCO INVESTORS?
My very thoughts Matthew125. I hope they incentivise us with the distribution of reserves. That IMO will help to conclude the TO bid in no time.
What are the chances of the Mexican FECC to disapprove the deal? A Chinese public company will take over from western public company. I don't see why they will not approve unless they use the opportunity to set conditions that will favour the Mexican Government.
jam after the findings of lithium they abandoned the borates and wrote it off their books. To be honest I never understood why as at one time they were claiming they had a potential buyer. I can only think that the area where the borates were discovered overlapped with layers of lithium. Was not that area that the COE claimed their 3% royalty?
IMO the market reacted so because we were expecting the signing of a Joint Venture and not an option for one. Why? Either the exploration results have not been analysed as yet or are not supportive for a joint venture. I believe is the former but CMRS had to make an announcement because the first option had expired.
no problem jimb2,
I believe PS took some very wrong decisions because he was obsessed with the Asian market. Apparently, he built his contacts in China during the period he was CEO of Michelago Ltd., which was integrated with Sino Gold. If I remember correctly, at the time of his appointment as CEO of BCN,a poster doubted his abilities based on PS past performance but I paid no attention to it.
Best of luck
