Buy now Existing share holders may have the opportunity to participate in a possible share issue. That is if we are not bought by then. @addicknt what is in your opinion a realistic sale price? Is 35% of the NPV realistic?

@Fukurokuju79 I believe the reason we haven't seen a spectacular rise today is because LTH have filled their boots the previous few weeks in anticipation of the news

200M with expected NPV of over $1B and finance in place I think the sp will sail north with great strides

If we are given the option to participate in the new shares than it doesn't really matter. The big holdings of IIs and directors support this view but one can never tell for sure.... In any case a 50% dilution will increase the number of shares just above

Thank you for your replies @ fatsuperman The key question is will THR manage to raise the necessary finance to develop the MH project? They did failed to do so in the past. Hopefully now with MT on board and tungsten demand things will be different
