Is it basically saying that on initial hearing, fiduciary claim was veyr weak, but that discovery was likely to change that?

I'll admit to having an optimism bias here (well i would..... I hold shares! ), but it does seem to me that those posting the positive case SD, WW, Matt, LT etc) always seem more balanced than the detractors.

You are spot on Seadog in your comment about ignoring the persistent bears...i dont filter them, but generally dont read their repetitive comments either. Its easy enough to comment about a declining share price as, or just after, it happens.

Yes, they may have predicted a drop months ago, but this is AIM, and the odds for that drop were always in their favour. Wonder if theyll come out and comment if and when this comes good?

"Shorting can only have a short term effect on a share price" Kipper, I would respectfully disagree here.

The shorting cabals out there make determined efforts using social media and dirty tactics to deliberately drive down the price of a company for their personal benefit. It is often then the case that equity has to be raised at an artificially low price, compounding the downward pressure on that company's value.

I would argue that in such a sentiment driven, supposedly fledgling-friendly market such as AIM, shorting should indeed be banned.

Fine keep it on the main markets for hedging purposes, but there are other methods of hedging against any investment, as I'm sure you know..

I thought FRR had to issure share certs for distribution? Eg. Lion. Delisted for 4 months plus, but expecting to relist...therefore no certs yet. ( at least that Im aware of...)
