Many will disagree, but I think ZM's nothing to worry about statement is likely true from his perspective.
I can also see why the 97% wasn't mentioned...TW has word of it before the rest of us, and the short attack was in full swing iirc.
Imagine if ZM had come out and said "oh yeah, and GG wants 97% of our asset back"
In terms of 'that comment' it would have been based on a risk matrix, with the BoD (rightly or wrongly) assessing the risk of losing 97% of the asset as very small indeed.
Should we have been advised of the extent of the arbitration claim? Arguably, yes, but the line between day2day running of the Co and notifiable information will always be flexible.
So we wait, but after a day of going through the latest revelations, and reviewing the subsequent event timing, I'm still erring on the glass half full side.
