You then have to put the shares back into your isa using that years allowance.

Not sure the "hope sacks Maples" scenario works for me...he's been director of enough companies to know all about FDs, I'm sure. His extremely careful use of emails (such as we have seen) is evidence enough of that for me.

I did, though, go back and look at the previous hearing, (https://www.judicial.ky/wp-content/uploads/courts/grand-court/GrandCourtList17thDecember2018(1).pdf). where it was listed as FRR & Others, with all 3 sets of lawyers present.

The current one, as we know, now specifically names Hope, and we have lost a set of lawyers.

Speculation only, but maybe Kawaley said to Hope " these two cases are obviously tied, and I dont want the faff of dealing with three sets of lawyers, so go sort your end out and get your bloody defence sorted this time"

Agree with tot in that the whole day seems to be on the slate for this hearing tho.

I doubt we will get an update til a week Monday, personally.

Does the fact that FRR is named first mean that this must be the damages case, as opposed to the default claim case?

I'm sure if it was the default case, then it would have been tabled as "S Hope & Ors. Vs FRR"

Again, unless the cases have been rolled together, and IF they have, then it would indicate to me that the Court sees the dereliction of FD as the main thread of the case.

Did anyone copy the text of the first listing?

I'd like to confirm whether Pain and OMF were listed separately ( which is my recollection), or if we just assumed that as there were 3 sets of lawyers, there must be one for each of the parties.

Or maybe our assumptions were correct and both cases have been rolled into one, making a third law team unnecessary?
